CT Manifestations Of Pulmonary Interstitial Lung Disease With Peripheral Lung Cancer

Purpose:Regular CT follow-up data of patients with interstitial fibrosis associated with peripheral lung cancer were collected between pulmonary signs,compared by the analysis and comparison of the imaging features of peripheral lung cancer and simple images,summed up the signs of interstitial fibrosis in patients with lung cancer complicated with its specific CT,to improve the diagnostic level of interstitial fibrosis in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 between pathology(surgery,bronchoscopy or biopsy)the histological results of 102 lung cancer patients,including 68 cases of male,female 44 cases,aged 51 to 86 years old,average 67 years old.The patients were divided into N(interstitial fibrosis and peripheral lung)cancer group C,(simple peripheral lung cancer),2 with more than 10 years of clinical experience of senior physicians of chest radiological diagnosis of blind reading.The lesion characteristics and focuses on the two groups for the first time in the follow-up to correct diagnosis of lung cancer were analyzed,including lesion shape The shape,location,internal characteristics,dynamic changes of edges and lesions were observed.The two groups of CT signs of chi square test.Results:Group N(lung cancer associated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis)in patients with lesion position,banded characteristics,lobulation,lesions in the internal air sign and bronchial lesions empty(cavity)characteristics were group C(simple lung cancer)there were significant differences in patients,other CT signs of two groups had no statistical significance.N group of 7 cases with lung cancer lesions in the middle,23 cases with lung field;located in the peripheral zone was higher than middle zone;of which 14 cases located in interstitial fibrosis area and normal lung tissue(46.7%),the handover in 9 cases(30%),cellular lung area in 7 cases of normal lung tissue(23.3%)in this group of cases.The tumor shape is round or oval in 14 cases(46.7%),is a star shaped in 5 cases(16.7%),6 cases showed the band(20%),5 cases of other irregular cases;burr syndrome in 22 cases(73.3%),leaf sign in 14 cases(46.7%),vascular convergence sign in 1 cases(3.3%),pleural indentation in 6 cases(20%),15 cases of air bronchogram(50%),24 cases(80%)appeared vacuole sign.In addition,20 cases showed solid mass in this group of cases,10 cases(67%)mixed density mass(33.3%).30 cases of this group of patients were diagnosed by CT pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,all cases were located in the area of honeycombing lung field in peripheral zone.Conclution:In interstitial lung disease with CT signs of small peripheral lung cancer,tumor located in the cellular lung region or cellular lung and normal lung tissue at the junction,often showed mixed density lesions with cystic cavity like structure,or ground glass density nodules in CT images,these signs of interstitial fibrosis patients patients with lung cancer patients with the more specific.
