Objective:(1)The outpatient visit rate of pulmonary nodules, the incidence rate of single and multiple nodules, the differences between age, sex, the smoking history and the location of nodules were calculated.(2)The malignant rate of pulmonary nodules, single and multiple pulmonary nodules, the malignant probability of pulmonary nodules of different sizes were calculated in 389 cases of surgical nodules.Differential analysis of location distribution of nodules was performed to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodulesMethods:(1)5019 patients from December 2016 to June 2018 in the Department of Respiratory Department of The Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital were collected, including 908 patients with pulmonary nodule as the main complaint. The number of nodules detected by CT in The Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital was 810 cases(Male 385 cases, aged 14-89 years, mean aged 55.13±13.569.425 females, aged 15-84 years, mean aged 53.93±11.899).According to the number of nodules, they were divided into single group(1 group)and multiple group(? 2 group).(2)From January 2015 to June 2017,389 patients(183 males and 206 females)retrospectively evaluated under certain prospectively determined inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the number of nodules, they were divided into single group(1 group)and multiple group(? 2 groups),<8mm group and? 8mm groupResults:(1)The outpatient visit rate of pulmonary nodules was 18.09%.There was no significant difference in different sex?age and the number of patients(P>0.0 5).There was a statistically significant difference in the composition of smoking.(2).The age of multiple pulmonary nodules was significantly different(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in nodule size?smoking history?history of tumor?family history.(3)There was no statistical difference in occupational risk factors of solitary nodules and multiple nodules.(4)Of 389 patients with pulmonary nodules,217 had single nodules,172 had multiple nodules,in the patients of multiple nodules, the number of surgical nodules were 195,and the total number of operated nodules was 412.The total number of benign nodules and malignant nodules were 42 and 347,respectively.The malignant rate was 89.20%.190 cases were malignant in single nodules and 362 cases were malignant in multiple nodules. The malignant rate was 87.56%and 91.28%.Of 412 surgical nodules,50 were benign and 362 were malignant. The malignant rate was 87.86%.The malignant rate was 88.04%and 86.95%of the nodules>8mm group and?8mm group, respectively. The location of benign and malignant nodules in upper and lower lungs was different(P<0.05),the malignant nodules tend to occur in the upper lung. There was no significant difference in location between different groups of lung adenocarcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Pulmonary nodules have a higher outpatient visit rate, there is no statistical difference in sex,age and number in different groups.(2)The age of multiple pulmonary nodule group was significantly higher than that of single lung nodule group The distribution of size, smoking history, previous tumor history, family history and occupation history were similar between the two groups.(3)Multiple nodules and nodules with diameter>8mm had a higher malignant rate than of single nodule and nodules with diameter ? 8mm.(4)There was no significant difference in location between different groups of lung adenocarcinoma. The location of benign and malignant nodules was different between upper and lower lung. The malignant nodules are tend to distributed on the upper lung.
