| The current total number of lung cancer deaths in the first row ofvarious types of cancer, has become one of the leading causes of death inhumans, in recent years, countries in lung cancer incidence and mortalityrates rise. Currently two recognized first lung cancer, that is,"theincidence of first" and "mortality first," Imaging pulmonary nodules is anearly manifestation of the majority of lung cancer, so early diagnosis andtreatment of lung cancer, for lung detected determine the nature of thenodule will be particularly important. How to make an accurate diagnosisby imaging of lung nodules, the medical profession is a challenging taskrecognized, early identification of pulmonary nodules of benign andmalignant further treatment for clinical significance. At present, with thecontinuous development of imaging techniques, the detection rate inpatients with pulmonary nodules is increasing, and the age of onset tendsto be younger, to determine the nature of lung nodules more difficult,using a variety of diagnostic methods have advantages and disadvantages,how to integrate a variety of diagnostic tools for early clear the nature ofpulmonary nodules, neither increased medical risk of benign disease,without delay in diagnosis and treatment of early stage lung cancer, isstill a serious problem in clinical medicine.Although we can not be based solely on lung nodule diagnosticimaging features to draw conclusions, but the imaging in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules often can play a greater role, in this article we haveretrospectively analyzed in our Hospital of Thoracic Surgery, January2012to January2015, after surgical treatment of121cases ofpathological diagnosis of lung nodules were analyzed to select lungnodule imaging characteristics and treatment programs are classified andanalysis for clinical judgment and be able to better early treatment ofmalignant lung nodules, as well as surgical treatment of benign nodulesreduce lung injury caused deputy to provide evidence. |
