| Objective:To explore the thought of Lei Shaoyi,a famous epidemic febrile scientist in the late Qing Dynasty,on the treatment of lung diseases in《Current disease theory》from the perspective of lung in《Current disease theory》.Systematically collate and summarize the principles,methods,prescriptions and drug laws of Lei Shaoyi in treating lung diseases,and reveal the theory and clinical significance of treating lung diseases.Methods:Through literature research and data mining,the provisions,prescriptions and medical records of treatment from the lung in《Current disease theory》were summarized.To explore the theoretical origin,theoretical innovation and theoretical application of Lei Feng ’ s theory of treating diseases from lung.The traditional Chinese medicine in the law of drug use to restore lung function to regulate Qi was summarized,Data analysis using SPSS statistical software.Systematically collate and summarize the principles,methods,prescriptions and drug laws of Lei Shaoyi in treating diseases from lung,so as to provide ideas for current ideological understanding and clinical practice of treating diseases from lung.Results: the eight volumes of《Current disease theory》are classified into three categories according to their etiology,nature and time of onset,namely,’when the disease falls and develops later’,’when the pathogenic factor is immediately present’and ’when the pathogenic factor is slowly present’.Income attributed to the ’ sick and late ’ chapter a total of three volumes,one,three,five volumes.Volume one is ’ winter injury in cold spring will be warm ’,volume three is ’ spring injury in wind and summer ’,volume five is ’ summer injury in summer and autumn will be malaria ’.A total of 39 kinds of diseases,34 kinds of self-made treatment,34 kinds of new,and 6 kinds of lung-related treatment.7 pairs of lung medicine.Nine drugs were included.The total frequency of drug use in drug pairs was 11 times,and Chenpi and Muxiang appeared most frequently.18.2 per cent each.AThere are three volumes of income-related diseases,namely,two,four and eight volumes.Volume two is ’ spring injury in wind ’,volume four is ’ summer injury in summer ’,volume eight is ’ winter injury in cold ’.A total of 24 kinds of diseases,including 34 kinds of self-made treatment,19 new,and 5 kinds of lung-related treatment.7 pairs of lung medicine,including 13 drugs.The total frequency of drug use in drug pairs was 38 times,and the frequency of drug use was relatively uniform.The frequency of use of each drug was 34.2 per cent.Income ’ of almonds and tangerine peel was 12.5 %.The frequency of other drugs was consistent.According to statistics,《Current disease theory》proposed a total of“60 methods”,including 72 diseases,and 17 self-made treatments from the lung:pungent-warm relieving exterior method,pungent-cool relieving exterior method,resolving phlegm and smoothing qi method,warming method,warming and dampness-evil method,regulating the middle qi and smoothing qi method,clearing away heat and warming method,micro-symplectic light method,clearing away heat and phlegm-opening method,clearing away heat and regulating qi method,clearing away heat and regulating qi method,clearing away heat and regulating qi method,clearing away heat and regulating qi method,clearing away heat and regulating dampness method,bitter-warming and smoothing dryness method,pine and cypress dredging method,modified Erchen method,warming and moistening Xinjin method,clearing away heat and tranquilizing meridians method.Treatment from the lung accounted for 28.3 % of the self-made 60.A total of 28 pairs of anti-lung drugs were included in the 17 treatments,including Chenpi,Xingzi and mulberry leaves,loquat leaves.So a total of 26 pairs of drugs.Among the 26 pairs of drug pairs,41 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were included.Chenpi and almond were used most frequently,accounting for 8 %.Trichosanthes shell,platycodon use frequency,accounting for 5 %.Muxiang,burdock,loquat leaf use frequency accounted for 3 %,ranked third.Other drug use data are shown in Figure 1.Lei Shaoyi uses traditional Chinese medicine or prescription like to use tonic,such as licorice,white honey,anemarrhena,ophiopogon,etc.In the chapter of "autumn injury in wet winter cough " is the most obvious.Two is that Lei Shaoyi likes to use qi-regulating drugs and phlegm-dissipating drugs to treat various pulmonary diseases.Erchen Decoction is a famous prescription for treating phlegm and drink.Lei strongly praises it.He believes that it can treat all phlegm and drink as a disease,and has a good effect on ’ phlegm cough ’ in winter cough.Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata,pericarpium citri reticulatae,licorice and ginger are the basic components of Lei ’ s "Jiawei Erchenfa." But think poria cocos moisturizing effect is weak,so add coix seed on the basis of the original prescription.At the same time,it is believed that the efficacy of Chenpi Liqi is insufficient,and almonds are needed to benefit the lung qi.By studying the medication rules of《Current disease theory》disease from the lung,it was found that the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating lung descending was higher,such as Chenpi,Banxia,almond,platycodon grandiflorum,mulberry leaves and loquat leaves.At the same time,the treatment of the disease from the lung attaches great importance to the protection of the acquired,and the traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing the spleen and stomach is not hesitate to use.And pay attention to the spleen and stomach at the same time pay attention to liver and liver.Conclusion:Throughout Lei Shaoyi《Current disease theory》disease from the lung treatment,prescription medication to ’solid basic Peiyuan’ as the basic principle,treatment of lung 17 method to supplement,moisturize,Xuan as the characteristics.At the same time,cooperate with the " earth to generate gold " method.At the same time,the treatment of lung pays attention to calming the liver and clearing the liver,so as to make the qi movement accessible and cause the ascending and descending.《Current disease theory》,based on《Huangdi ’ s Inner Canon》fuqi theory,treats winter cough from fuqi.For winter cough,the treatment of‘phlegm’is the focus of Lei Shaoyi,and the treatment of phlegm is based on promoting qi.Liver and lung function are interrelated.Lei Shaoyi disease from lung treatment often focus on regulating liver qi,to prevent it too much and too late.The application of mulberry leaf and loquat leaf combination in its treatment can best reflect its medication characteristics.《Current disease theory》disease from the lung treatment of medication to ’solid root Peiyuan ’,’ regulating qi phlegm ’,’ regulating liver and spleen ’ as the characteristics.And the treatment of lung diseases,traditional Chinese medicine in the form of ’ drug pair ’. |
