| Objective:Based on the real clinical data of traditional Chinese medicine,this study studies the method of mining the medication rules of modern famous and old Chinese medicine for lung cancer,in order to explore the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication of famous old Chinese medicine for lung cancer.It provides data support for summarizing and inheriting the experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of lung cancer,and proposes strategies and methods for mining the experience of syndrome differentiation and medication of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.Method:Based on the real clinical data set of the famous old Chinese medicine for lung cancer,taking the experience of famous old Chinese medicine for lung cancer differentiation and treatment as the research object,and using the complex network in data mining as the research method,this paper explores the core drugs and main drugs of the famous old Chinese medicine for lung cancer.The internal relationship and regularity among syndrome types,pathogenesis and syndrome elements are explored,and the characteristics of drugs used by famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners to differentiate and treat lung cancer are explored,as well as the common laws and individual differences of different famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners.This paper sorts out the data mining techniques commonly used in the mining of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners,points out the shortcomings of the commonly used methods,and proposes an improved complex network algorithm to draw a complex network map.To analyze and process the data on the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer by Professor Zhou Zhongying and Professor Zhao Jingfang,and visualize the regular characteristics of the two famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Result:1)In this paper,the medical record prescription data of lung cancer treated by Professor Zhou Zhongying,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and Professor Zhao Jingfang,a national expert in traditional Chinese medicine,were collected.Combined with manual proofreading,leak detection and vacancy filling,the collected data were cleaned and standardized preprocessed,and 1176 and 709 medical record prescriptions of two famous traditional Chinese medicine were included respectively.Because the syndrome differentiation types of the two famous and old TCM are not unified,it is difficult to compare and analyze the common laws and individual differences of the two famous and old TCM in the differentiation and treatment of lung cancer at the same time.Through regular expression screening and manual verification,this paper transforms the TCM syndrome names in the lung cancer medical record prescription data of the two famous and old TCM into unified and standardized pathogenesis and syndrome elements.2)Aiming at the mining and analysis of the medication rules of a single famous old Chinese medicine for treating lung cancer,this paper proposes a multi-scale backbone network algorithm(MBNA),through which the core prescriptions corresponding to different syndromes can be quickly mined and analyzed.Taking Professor Zhou Zhongying’s lung cancer medical records and prescription data as an example,in the form of a multi-scale backbone network diagram,the characteristics of Professor Zhou Zhongying’s lung cancer treatment based on syndrome differentiation and prescriptions are visually displayed,as well as the core drug formulations corresponding to different syndrome types.It was concluded that the main syndromes of Zhou Lao’s differentiation and treatment of lung cancer were deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm and blood stasis stagnation in the lung,cancer toxin,heat toxin,phlegm stasis,and phlegm and blood stasis.When the main syndrome is Qi and Yin deficiency,the commonly used drugs are:Taizishen,Nanshashen,Beishashen,Poria,Ophiopogon japonicus;Ci mushroom,Ze lacquer,cat’s claw grass,etc.;when the syndrome is cancer toxin,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines include dew honeycomb,sunburned centipede,bark lotus,etc.;when the syndrome is combined with heat toxin and phlegm stasis,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines are white flower snake Tongue grass,swollen knot wind,etc.;when the syndrome is combined with phlegm and blood stasis,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines include Fa Banxia,Zhinanxing,Zhijian silkworm,etc.;when the syndrome is combined with lung and collateral disharmony,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine is Xuanfu Flowers,madder roots,tulips,fragrant,etc.3)Mining and analysis of the medication rules of different old Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of lung cancer.In this paper,a multi-dimensional heterogeneous association network algorithm(MHARA)is proposed.Taking the medical records and prescription data of two famous old Chinese medicine doctors,Professor Zhou Zhongying and Professor Zhao Jingfang as examples,to construct a multi-dimensional heterogeneity of"disease location syndrome element-disease syndrome element-drug" The qualitative correlation network shows the two famous old Chinese medicine practitioners’ lung cancer pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation rules in a visual form,the common rules and individual differences of the main pathogenesis and the concurrent pathogenesis and medication.It is concluded that Professor Zhou Zhongying’s differentiation and treatment of lung cancer is mainly caused by lung qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,depression,cancer toxin,and heat.Professor Zhou Zhongying’s theory of "cancer poison" is consistent;Professor Zhao Jingfang’s lung cancer diagnosis is mainly based on lung qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm,heat,dampness,liver stagnation,and spleen deficiency.,Appetizing and awakening Chinese medicine,which is in line with the theory of "fine-tuning balance" proposed by Professor Zhao Jingfang.By analyzing the relationship between pathogenesis,syndrome elements and drugs,and explaining the law of syndrome differentiation and medication of lung cancer by famous old Chinese medicine practitioners,it is helpful to fully understand the thinking of the two famous old Chinese medicine doctors on the differentiation and treatment of lung cancer.Conclusion:Based on complex network theory,with the aid of multi-scale backbone network algorithm(MBNA),a multi-scale backbone homogeneous network of lung cancer syndrome differentiation and treatment of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners and drugs,as well as a "syndrome-drug" multi-scale backbone heterogeneous network were constructed.Visually show the medication rules and characteristics of a single famous old Chinese medicine for treating lung cancer;through the multi-dimensional heterogeneous association network algorithm(MHARA),the pathogenesis and syndrome elements of different famous old Chinese medicine doctors in differentiating and treating lung cancer are constructed.The multi-dimensional heterogeneous association network of "sickness-disease-drug" of drugs,draws a multi-dimensional heterogeneous association network diagram,and visualizes the common characteristics and individual differences of the two famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in the differentiation and treatment of lung cancer.This method provides an effective way of thinking and method for summarizing and inheriting the medication experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,so that young doctors can learn and master the common laws and individual differences of different famous old Chinese medicine medicines more quickly.The inheritance and innovation of clinical experience has positive significance. |
