questionnaire,C-PSOC,EPDS and inpatients satisfaction survey scale. To compare the situation of treating babies, postpartum depression and inpatients satisfaction. In this research,SPSS 22.0 was used, statistical methods included t text、c2 text、non-parametric rank sum test、repeated measures analysis of variance and pearson correlation analysis.Results1.Before intervention,in the control group the total score of parenting competency was(63.88±8.88),and the other was(64.25±6.48).Efficiency dimension, the score was(31.70±4.67)in the control group and was(31.47±4.14)in the intervention group.Satisfaction dimension, control group was(32.18±6.63)points,intervention group was(32.78± 4.96)points.The total score for depression was(9.49±3.47)in the control group, and that in the intervention group was(9.47±3.37).About emotion absence, the score was(1.88±1.11)in the control group and was(2.19 ±1.06)in the intervention group.About anxiety, the score was(4.85±1.28)in the control group and was(4.69±1.47)in the intervention group.Depression dimension, control group was(2.76±2.11)points,intervention group was(2.59±1.58)points.Pre-intervention parenting competency and depression scores of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05),parenting competence was in the medium level.2.Comparison of feelings of competence of parenting after intervention. At each time points the results of the inter-group comparison showed that the total points and the points of all dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(t=-2.903~-2.024,P<0.05).Comparison of parenting competence at different time points, time factors and interference factors and intervention factors(F=7.205~61.878,P<0.05),the total points and points of all dimensions were increased in both groups, the intervention group was significantly higher.3.Comparison of postpartum depression after intervention. At each time points the results of inter-group comparison showed that the total points and the grade of every aspect in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(t=2.028~3.166,P<0.05).Comparison of postpartum depression at different time points, the total points of postpartum depression of the time factors and interference factors(F=8.218,3.047,P<0.05).Emotional loss of dimensional depression of the intervention factors and the interaction factors(F=2.810,3.194,P<0.05).Anxiety dimension and depression dimension of the time factors(F=8.658,3.016,P<0.05).Three months after postpartum, the incidence of postpartum depression in the intervention group was lower than in the control group(c2=4.748,P<0.05).4.Parenting competence before leaving hospital,42 days after postpartum and three months after postpartum in the intervention group was negatively correlated with postpartum depression during the same period(r=-0.807~-0.378,P<0.05).5.The total grade of hospital satisfaction in the intervention group(133.19±12.64)was higher than that in the control group(122.97±20.70).Also,the grades of four aspects were all increased, the total score and the score of all dimensions were compared(t=-2.393,-2.441,-2.370,-2.043,-2.212,P<0.05).Conclusion1.Information-motivation-behavior nursing intervention could improve high-risk primiparas feelings of competence of treating babies.2.Information-motivation-behavior nursing intervention could improve the condition of postpartum depression of high-risk primiparas.3.Parenting competence was negatively correlated with postpartum depression.Information-motivation-behavior nursing intervention to improve feeling of competence of treating babies, and improve postpartum depression.4.Information-motivation-behavior
