Postpartum mind disorder occurs in a special stage of postpartum,it include postpartum psychosis, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder.Postpartum disorders have a high incidence, improper treatment may lead a serious negative impact on maternal physical and mental health, personal relationships, baby's physical and mental health and even family relationships. At present, the research focus on postpartum disorder is focused on postpartum depression, and less attention is paid to other subtypes of postpartum disorder.Postpartum depression is a typical manifestation of postpartum disorder, but it is not the only.Pregnancy and childbirth have been regarded as a traumatic event due to physical pain during pregnancy, and many women have symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder such as flashback and escape. The bringing of new members of the family would bring a lot of joy and also a lot of challenges such like the change of role to be a mother. The feeling of be a nice mother is also very important for completing the role change, and affecting the mother's behavior and mood. Therefore, this study describes the postpartum emotional disorder from postpartum depression and postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder, explores the influencing factors of postpartum emotion disorder, and the explains the relationship between postpartum mind disorder and the parenting sense of competence. The study was conducted after reading a large number of literatures and do some interviews. In the pre-survey,the questionnaire of PPTSD was tested and also check the reliability and validity.Problems were found and the questionnaire was improved. The formal investigation was conducted in a maternity and child care hospital from September to December 2017 and March to May 2018.995 maternal women who gave birth after 6-8 weeks were collected, and 83 cases of invalid data were excluded.912 women were included in the study. The scales used in the study included the General Data Scale, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS),the Perinatal Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Scale(PPQ-C),and the Chinese version of the Parental Competency Scale(PCOS-C).In this study,EPDS score <10 points was defined as with no postpartum depression symptoms, scores between 10-13 points were defined as having mild postpartum depression symptoms, and scores ? 13 points were defined as having obvious postpartum depression symptoms;PPQ threshold was at 19 points, the score <19 was defined as showing no stress symptoms, and the score ?19 was defined as showing stress symptoms.Of the 912 women who were eventually included in the analysis,217 of the women showed symptoms of postpartum depression. The prevalence of postpartum depression was 23.79%.Unexpected pregnancy, monthly income of the family, husband's performance after the wife's postpartum, and whether she lived with her mother-in-law,and baby feeding methods were all factors that affected postpartum depression. There were 153 women with postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder in the study. The prevalence of postpartum post-stress disorder is 16.78%.Unexpected pregnancy,pregnancy-related knowledge of child-rearing,location of confinement, conception of pregnancy, mode of delivery are all verified to affect post-traumatic stress disorder. The comorbidity rate of postpartum depression and postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder reached 30.41%.The average point of parenting sense of competence in 912 new mothers is 71.56±5.89 points, the childcare efficacy is 34.87±4.21,and the child-raising satisfaction is 36.89±5.32.The age of the newborn mother, the educational background(educational level),and whether there is learning parental related knowledge, the way of conception and childbirth, single or multiple births, and the way to feed the baby all have an impact on the parenting sense of competence;the parenting sense of competence and postpartum depression and post-traumatic stress disorder are all obvious negative correlation. The prevalence of postpartum depression in the study was basically the same as that in other parts of the country, higher than the prevalence in the United States and European countries. The level of parental competence was slightly lower than that in Guangdong,The relationship between the parenting sense of competence and postpartum mood disorder is consistent with other studies. In the future, the postpartum mind disorder study can extend the timeline,to investigate the state of emotional changes from pre-pregnancy to pregnancy and postpartum, that can establish a model that could predict postpartum mood disorder and focus on high-risk pregant woman.Early identification and early intervention of postpartum mood disorder can also be better,we can publize more knowledge about maternal mental health to improve maternal mental health, promote the development of parent-child relationship and harmony of family relationships.
