ObjectiveTo explore the current status of postpartum women's Health Quotient and parenting sense of competence and its influencing factors and analyze the relationship between them;and to evaluate the effects of We Chat Interventions Based on The Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change(ITHBC)on the Health Quotient and parenting sense of competence for postpartum women. It might provide the basic references for obstetric staffs to improve the training model of health education among postpartum women.Methods1 In order to analyze the postpartum women's current status of Health Quotient and parenting sense of competence and their influencing factors, analyze the relationship between them, from April to July in 2017,359 postpartum women were asked to answer the following questionnaires:the self-made questionnaire,Postpartum Women Health Quotient Scale and Chinese, parenting sense of competence scale.2 Based on The Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change, according to the random method,in November 2017,84 postpartum women were chosen as the research objectives. The postpartum women were evenly and randomly divided into the control group(n=42)and the intervention group(n=42).The demographic details,Health Quotient and parenting sense of competence between the two groups were respectively compared.Postpartum women in the intervention group were given 6 weeks We-Chat Interventions Based on The Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change besides normal health education while the postpartum women in the control group only receive normal health education. Each group postpartum women's scores of the Health Quotient inventory or parenting sense of competence inventory were assessed after the intervention. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS)23.0,the percentages, means and standard deviations were used to analysis the statistical description;t-test,chi-square test, analysis of variance, multiple linear model and linear correlation were used to analysis the statistical inference.Results1 The total score of Health Quotient of postpartum women was(65.79±13.49),the scores of its five dimensions as following:health consciousness(13.32±2.13),maternal health knowledge(14.63±5.49),infant health knowledge(12.56±3.47),maternal health ability(11.85±2.62),infant health ability(13.40±3.83).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that depress-ion score, birthand age were the main influencing factors of health quotient in postpartum women.2 The total score of the postpartum women's parenting sense of competence was(69.05±8.95).The scores of its dimensions as following:efficacy(34.18±5.35),satisfaction(34.87±6.30).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that depression score, birth, age and family monthly income were the main influencing factors of parenting sense of competence in postpartum women.3 The health quotient was positively correlated to the postpartum women's parenting sense of competence(r=0.488,P<0.01).4 The differences on the demographic details, health quotient and parenting sense of competence between two groups are not significant before the intervention(P > 0.05).5 After the intervention, for the intervention group, the scores of the postpartum women's health quotient(68.54±8.21),health consciousness(10.47±1.10),maternal health knowledge(17.11±3.45),infant health knowledge(13.57±2.52),maternal health ability(12.61±1.75),infant health ability(14.76±2.20)were higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).intervention group's scores of the postpartum women's health quotient and other five dimensions were obviously higher than the control group[(57.78± 10.67),(9.11±1.58),(13.85±4.50),(11.90±3.26),(10.30±2.15),(12.59±3.98)](P<0.05).6 After the intervention, for the intervention group, the scores of thepostpartum women's parenting sense of competence(72.76±5.16),efficacy(36.38±2.58)and satisfaction(36.38±2.58)were higher in the intervention group after the intervention than that before intervention [(54.11±7.60),(27.00±3.88),(27.11±3.74)](P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the scores of the postpartum women's parenting sense of competence and its dimensions were more significantly higher in the intervention group,[(56.07±7.52),(27.28±4.03),(28.78±3.71)](P<0.05).Conclusions1 The score of health quotient of the postpartum women was at moderate level.Depression score, birth and age were the main influencing factors of health quotient in postpartum women.2 The score of parenting sense of competence of the postpartum women was at moderate level.Depression score, birth, age and family monthly income were the main influencing factors of parenting sense of competence in postpartum women.3 The We-Chat Interventions Based on The Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change could improve postpartum women's health quotient, enhance their parenting sense of competence, and promoting maternal and child health.
