Objective:To understand the current situation of the puerperal women's parenting competence in Liling District of Hunan Province, and to explore the influence factors of the puerperal women's parenting competence,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the female parenting competence and ensuring the physical and mental health of mothers and infants. Methods:For women who are produced in a hospital in Hunan Province and meet the inclusion criteria, according to the number of maternal visits to the hospital for postpartum screening, the number of women with an even number is selected for investigation.Between May 2018 and October2018,the total is included.204 women were studied.A questionnaire survey was conducted on maternal women through a self-designed general data questionnaire,Social Support Scale,Parenting Competence Scale, and Postpartum Depression Scale. The collected data was entered into Excel to establish a database, and then imported into SPSS 18.0software for statistical analysis:including Descriptive Statistics,Analysis ofVariance,T-Test,ANOVA,RankSumTest,Pearson CorrelationAnalysis,Multiple Linear Stepwise Regression Analysis.Results:1.The total score of the female parenting competence scale during the puerperium ranged from 44 to 97,with an average of 67.83±8.57.Among them, the childcare satisfaction dimension score was34.7±5.99,and the childcare effectiveness dimension score was 33.08±4.94.2.Univariate Analysis:different ages, education, pregnancy plans, whether children have been raised, reading parenting books, family monthly income, child crying frequency, child health, whether children are mainly cared for by themselves, and there is a difference in the scores of female parenting in the puerperium.Academic significance(P<0.05).3.Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between social support and the scores of female parental competence and parental efficacy in the puerperium period, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of postpartum depression was negatively correlated with the score of female parental competence in puerperal period, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Regression analysis showed that there were 8 variables entering the regression model, sorted according to the influence of the parenting compentence(Y):pregnancy plan, whether the child was raised, the child's health, whether the child was mainly taken care of by himself, the child crying frequency, family Monthly income, the dimension of support, and the total score of postpartum depression,F=17.555,P=0.000,indicating that the fitted equation is statistically significant, and the coefficient of determination R~2=0.428,indicating that the independent variable can explain the 42.8%variation of parenting competence the amount.Conclusions:1.The average score of parenting competence of puerperal women was 67.83+8.57.At a moderate level.2.Pregnancy plan, whether or not to raise a child, family monthly income, the frequency of crying, the health status of the child, whether the child is mainly taken care of by themselves, the use of support dimension, postpartum depression are the main influence factors of puerperal women's parenting competence.
