| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "tonifying spleen and regulating governor" massage as the basic treatment in the treatment of lung-Wei unstable syndrome in children with hyperhidrosis of 3-6 years old,in order to provide a new massage treatment scheme for the treatment of lung-Wei unstable syndrome in children with hyperhidrosis.Methods: Using SPSS26.0 software,72 children with hyperhidrosis who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The experimental group was treated with massage method of "tonifying spleen and regulating governor" plus syndrome massage of unstable lung defense,and the control group was treated with oral Danxi Yupingfeng granule.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment for 2 consecutive courses.The main syndrome score,secondary symptom score and total score of TCM syndrome of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the treatment completion of the experimental group and the control group and the adverse reactions occurred during the whole treatment period were recorded in detail.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:1.Baseline data analysis: The baseline data of the two groups were compared before treatment.Results: gender(P = 0.808),age(P = 0.936),course of disease(P = 0.324),spontaneous sweating(P = 0.528),night sweating(P = 0.597),total score of main symptoms(P = 0.420),fatigue(P = 0.207),Shaohua(P = 0.625),thin stool(P =0.757),eating less(P = 0.681),total score of secondary symptoms(P = 0.705),total score(P = 0.952).2.Comparison of the main symptom score of TCM syndrome: After treatment,the main symptom scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups,the results showed that there was significant difference in spontaneous sweating(P = 0.023),night sweating(P = 0.003)and total symptom score(P = 0.020).The main symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,the results showed that spontaneous sweating P < 0.001,night sweating P < 0.001,the total score of main symptoms P < 0.001,the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of the scores of secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome: After treatment,the scores of secondary symptoms in the two groups were compared between the two groups,the results were as follows: fatigue(P < 0.020),thin stool(P < 0.001),less food(P < 0.01)and total score of secondary symptoms(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in facial expression(P > 0.05).The scores of secondary symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.the results showed that there were significant differences in mental fatigue(P< 0.001),thin stool(P < 0.001),anorexia(P < 0.001),facial expression(P < 0.001)and total score of secondary symptoms(P < 0.001).4.Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes: The total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared between the two groups after treatment,the results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.001),and the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group.results: the test group(P < 0.001),the control group(P < 0.001),the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome: The total effective rate of the test group was 94.12%,and that of the control group was 82.35%.The difference was statistically significant.6.Safety: During the trial,there were no adverse reactions in both the test group and the control group.7.Compliance: A total of 72 children were included in this study,with 34 effective cases in the test group and 34 effective cases in the control group.The compliance of both groups was 94.44%.Conclusion: As a basic treatment,"tonifying spleen and regulating du" massage has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of lung defense syndrome in children with hyperhidrosis of 3-6 years old.the total effective rate of TCM syndrome is better than that of Danxi Yupingfeng granule group,and it is safe and easy for children to accept.It has the characteristics of no medicine and no trauma,so it is worthy of clinical reference. |
