The Clinical Study About The Effect Of Massage On Curing Infantile Spleen Asthenia Syndrome After Infection

Objective: The article was to observe the effect of Massage on curing Infantile Spleen Asthenia Syndrome after Infection, furthermore discuss the mechanism.Methods: 60 cases with the Infantile Spleen Asthenia Syndrome after Infection were chosen and grouped into two groups randomly. Each group contained 30 cases. One group were treated with Massage, the other received the Er Kang Ning Sytup therapy, investigated clinical therapeutically effects, the spleen-qi deficiency syndrome integral and the excretory rates of D-xylose in urine.Results: The total effective rate was 86.7 % in the treated group, the effective rate was 76.7 % in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the spleen-qi deficiency syndrome integral too (P<0.05). The excretory rates of D-xylose in urine were both significantly improved in two groups (P<0.01) , but the treated group were more effective.Conclusions: These results indicated that Massage had the function of curing Infantile Spleen Asthenia Syndrome after Infection, which can improve excretion of digestive tract and helpe absorption.
