| Objective: To provide clinical evidence for the effectiveness of infantile massage in treating children’s geographic tonguee with spleen and stomach Yin deficiency syndrome by carrying out clinical trial and study on the treatment of children’s geographic tongue with spleen and stomach Yin deficiency syndrome by infantile massage.Methods: A total of 72 children with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome with geographic tongue were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group)for clinical observation,36 cases in each group.The experimental group used infantile massage therapy,30min/ time,1 time /d,5d/ course of treatment,a total of 2courses of treatment,between courses of rest 1-2d.The control group was treated with oral care and diet adjustment intervention.Before and after the treatment,the proportion of the geographic tongue area to the tongue body and the syndrome of spleen and stomach Yin deficiency were scored and compared to evaluate the therapeutic effect of infantile massage on the geographic tongue of children.Results: A total of 72 children were included in this study,including 5 cases of shedding during the trial,33 remaining effective cases in the test group and 34 remaining effective cases in the control group.(1)Clinical efficacy evaluation: after 2 courses of treatment,the therapeutic efficacy of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group on the improvement of the degree of tongue coating peeling.In the experimental group,4 cases were cured clinically,29 cases were effective clinically,and 0cases were ineffective clinically.The total clinical effective rate was 100%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,13 cases were effective and 21 cases were ineffective.The total clinical effective rate was 12%.(2)Spleen-stomach Yin deficiency syndrome score evaluation: after treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving the level of food intake,reducing the amount of drinking water,controlling the sweating and regulating the defecation of children;The scores of the syndrome of Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach were significantly lower than those of the control group.(3)Investigation on the site of tongue coating peeling found that 43% of72 children with tongue coating peeling showed multiple places,29% of children with tongue coating peeling located in the center of the tongue body.(4)The survey results of common predisposing factors showed that most of the children had unbalanced eating habits and a history of other diseases before the onset,while 36% of the children had a history of allergy and 39% of the children had a genetic history of the geographic tongue family.Conclusion:(1)Infantile massage can be used to treat children’s geographic tongue,which has a good effect on the degree of tongue coating shedding and the syndrome of spleen and stomach Yin deficiency.(2)The occurrence of the geographic tongue may be affected by other diseases or related to the family genetic factors such as poor eating habits and allergic factors.(3)Infantile massage therapy in the treatment of children’s geographic tongue has the advantages of quick effect,high efficiency,less adverse reactions,simple and easy to operate,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. |
