Clinical Obervation On The Effect Of Treating Primary Palmar Hyperhidrosis On The Method Of Strengthening Spleen And Removing Dampness

Objective: Based on the method of invigorating spleen and dehumidifying the spleen,a traditional Chinese medicine lotion was prepared to observe its clinical efficacy in the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,so as to explore the feasibility of invigorating spleen and dehumidifying the spleen of primary palmar hyperhidrosis,and provide a new idea for the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods: 64 patients with primary palmar hyperhidrosis of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation were randomly divided into two groups,32 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group.Treatment group is to use the traditional Chinese medicine lotion to wash hands,and the control group is wiped with antiperspirants.The treatment duration was 4 weeks,and the treatment effect and safety of the two groups were analyzed and discussed after the treatment.Follow-up was conducted 2 month after the end of treatment,and the recurrence rate of the two groups was calculated and the causes of recurrence were discussed.Result:1.The recovery rate: Self-designed traditional Chinese medicine lotion group(treatment group)13.33%,antiperspirants group(control group)25.81%.2.The significant rate: Self-designed traditional Chinese medicine lotion group(treatment group)56.67%,antiperspirants group(control group)77.42%.3.The total efficiency rate: Self-designed traditional Chinese medicine lotion group(treatment group)83.33%,antiperspirants group(control group)93.55%.4.The results of the two groups were compared,and there was no significant difference in recovery rate,significant rate and total efficiency rate.The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was not worse than that in the control group,and no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group in this experiment.5.The recurrence rate: Self-designed traditional Chinese medicine lotion group was 0%,antiperspirants group was61.00%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:It is feasible to treat primary palmar hyperhidrosis by invigorating spleen and dehumidifying the spleen,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with palmar hyperhidrosis and reduce the recurrence rate.
