Clinical Study Of Jieyuqingli Decoction In The Treatment Of Female Patients With Overstrain Strangury And Depressive Syndrome

Objective: By observing the efficacy of the solution of Jieyuqingli decoction to female patients with overstrain strangury and depressive symptom,the therapeutic effect of patients with depression and depression was initially explored.It provides beneficial ideas for improving the effect of clinical treatment and improving the physical and mental health of patients with overstrain strangury.Methods: Using the principle of random control,the 69 female patients identified as toiled by Chinese medicine according to the random numerical table method were divided into two groups,namely control group and treatment group.In addition to conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was also added to the solution of Jieyuqingli decoction,while the control group was treated with low-dose long-range antibiotics,without intervention by other treatment methods such as Chinese medicine.In the course of treatment,the changes of the pre-treatment,Middle and post-Chinese medicine certificate efficacy of the two groups of patients were recorded and observed,the urine white blood cell count,urine bacterial culture,HAMD index,Liver depression symptoms scale liver and kidney function and other laboratory indicators were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment wer e evaluated.Results:(1)The total efficiency of the control group was 76.47%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 85.71% and P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group,with significant differences.(2)In laboratory indicators,white blood cell count,urine bacteria culture treatment before and after comparison,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group,and there are significant differences.Comparing white blood cells,urine bacterial culture,HAMD index and other laboratory indicators,P<0.01 indicated significant differences before and after treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was much more significant.(3)There are no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion: Antibiotic therapy with long-range low-dose therapy has relatively good therapeutic effects in improving patients’ bad mood,alleviating Chinese medicine symptoms,reducing the amount of urine bacteria and urinary white blood cell count,and no obvious adverse reactions are found in the course of treatment.
