| Objective:To observe the effects of Jie Yu Hua Yu decoction in PSD patients,and to dicuss the clinical effect.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medicine.30 cases in treatment group were treated with Jie Yu Hua Yu decoction on the basis of control group. Observe the effect before and after the treatment, including clinical effect, HAMD scores, TCM symptom points,MSSS scores and ADL.Result:1 The comparison of clinic effect:The total efficiency was 86.7% in the treatment group and 64.3% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). The total efficiency of TCM symptom was 86.7% in the treatment group and 64.3% in the control group, also with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). 2 The comparison of HAMD scores:After treatment in the two groups, both of the neurological impairment scores declined.(P<0.01). The treatment group HAMD scores declined more than the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).3 The comparison of TCM symptom points:In the two groups after treatment, both of the TCM symptom points declined. There were significant differences (P＜0.01). The TCM symptom points in the treatment group declined more than the control group,and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).4 MSSS scores and The comparison of ADL:After treatment in the two groups, ADL of the treatment group improved more than the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). The treatment group MSSS scores and ADL of the treatment group was improved more than that in the control group,and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jie Yu Hua Yu decoction can significantly improve PSD patients with clinical effect, TCM symptom,MSSS and ADL. Jie Yu Hua Yu decoction is also a valid prescription to PSD patients. |
