Purpose: By min and labor rehabilitation treatments for copd stabilization(lung pains and spleen) of clinical observation, verify the feasibility oftraditional Chinese medicine lung disease rehabilitation, from observing solabor rehabilitation treatments for copd stabilization (lung pains and spleen)the clinical curative effect and BODE scores, select effective means ofrehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine, explore and develop apreliminary specification of pulmonary rehabilitation scheme of traditionalChinese medicine.Method: Treat copd stabilization (level II-IV) of the patients wererandomly divided into treatment group (min and fatigue recovery method group)and control group (SiLi degrees group)60cases each, a total of120cases,through the improvement of the symptoms and BODE scores before and after thejudgment, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of two groups of treatment.Result: So fatigue recovery method group the total effective rate was91.7%,superior to SiLi hua group, the total effective rate was65%, compared two groupshave significant difference (P <0.05). Min and fatigue recovery method groupcan obviously alleviate the patient’s symptoms, improve patient exerciseendurance.Conclusion: Through to the min and labor rehabilitation treatments for copdstabilization (lung pains and spleen) of clinical observation, curative effectis distinct, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatments for copdstabilization works, suitable for promotion.
