The fist part expounds the cognitions about categorization, caurse and mechanism of strangury disease by TCM from ancient times up to date. And the second part I try to summarize systematically of Zhouying's special cognitions, with caurse and mechanism of strangury disease,thinking of medical trestment, as soon as principles, methods, formulas and medicinals,. For that,I collected and unscrambled correlate documents which can give an account about Zhouying's academic thinking.Such as his treatise, recording of dissertation, biography,and the medical case of strangury disease.The whole 144 cases collected of strangury disease have been treated by Zhouying since 2007-1-8 to 2008-3-18. The therapy method is use herbal drugs mainly,assort antibiotic and Chinese formulated products depends on the definite situation.The medical treatment time last from nine days to seven months. There were 61 patients healing well,36 patients excellence,42 ones effective,and 5 ones ineffective.
