| Object:To explore the clinical significance of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and free fatty acid profile in the TOAST classification of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:The total number of collected patients with acute cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from October2019 to September 2020 was 352.Among them,147 patients met the inclusion criteria. The general information,Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and free fatty acids of the included patients classified using the TOAST Classification Standard, were collected. And the collected data is statistically analyzed.Results:1.According to the TOAST Classification Standard, the proportion of patients with cerebral infarction of arteriosclerosis is the highest.2.The differences in blood low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidonic acid, total saturated fatty acids and total fatty acids in the 5 subtypes were statistically significant(P<0.05).After pairwise comparison, the difference between blood low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in large arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction and unexplained and other types of cerebral infarction with clear etiology was statistically significant(P<0.05);in small artery occlusive cerebral infarction and unexplained cerebral infarction The difference of type cerebral infarction was statistically significant(P<0.05).Palmitic acid, stearic acid, total saturated fatty acids, and total fatty acids have statistically significant differences between large arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction and other types of cerebral infarction except for arteriolar occlusive cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Arachidonic acid is in There was a statistically significant difference between the type of arteriosclerosis, cardiogenic, and other types with clear causes(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in total fatty acids between arteriolar occlusive cerebral infarction and other types of cerebral infarction with clear etiology and cerebral infarction of unknown cause(P<0.05).3.Low-density lipoprotein in the blood is positively correlated with palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidonic acid and total saturated fatty acids. It has a significant correlation with total fatty acids(rs=0.535,P<0.05),and a relatively lower correlation with palmitic acid(rs=0.474,P<0.05),stearic acid(rs=0.412,P<0.05),arachidonic acid(rs=0.320,P<0.05)and total saturated fatty acids(rs=0.476,P<0.05).Conclusions:1.There are differences in the free fatty acid profiles in the blood of different types of cerebral infarction. In the arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction, the total saturated fatty acids and total free fatty acids of LDL,palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidonic acid in the blood are significantly increased.2.In arteriolar occlusive cerebral infarction, the blood LDL and total free fatty acids are also higher than other types of cerebral infarction except for arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction.3.LDL in the blood is positively correlated with palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidonic acid, total saturated fatty acids and total free fatty acids.Among them, the correlation between LDL and total free fatty acids is the most obvious. |
