Xinjiang Uygur And Han Nationality Toast Etiology Classification Of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients Serum Uric Acid,Bilirubin,Gamma-Glutamate Transferase Correlation Study

Objective: Xinjiang Uygur and Han Nationality of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)in patients with risk factors and TOAST different etiology classification and blood uric acid,bilirubin, gamma-glutamate transferase relationship.Methods: Select patients with acute period of cerebral infarction has 323 cases Han group and 144 cases Uygur group, all patients detected level of serum uric acid, and learn the relationship between different TOAST etiology classification and serum uric acid, serum bilirubin, gamma-glutamate transferase.Results: Uygur group of Uric acid level is higher than the Han group,its difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Han group of serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin, GGT level are higher than Uygur group.the difference was statistically significantall(P<0.05). the propotion of two set of smoking,drinking alcohol has a significant meaning(P<0.05).Two groups of TOAST classification of than comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Type two groups LAA the levels of blood UA,TBIL,DBIL,GGT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);SAO type,CE type blood uric acid level in comparison,there was no statistically significant(P>0.05).and two nationality CE type in patients with acute cerebral infarction with different types of serum bilirubin,GGT level comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).patients in the two nationality SAO type TBIL,IBIL horizontal comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and DBIL, GGT level is no statistical significance(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis show UA level and IBIL were positively correlated(r=0.100,P=0.031).Conclusion: Uygur and Han nationality patient with acute cerebral infarction in different TOAST classification of blood uric acid level are also different.
