Objective: This study aims to compare the differences levels of FGL,FFA and LDH between patients with FACI and RACI,but without diabetes. To explore whether the above indicators are the factors affecting the different prognostic factors of the FACI and RACI.To provide the basis for individualized treatment. Methods: 550 patients without history of diabetes were selected according to the diagnosis criteria of acute cerebral infarction, and according to the onset frequency was divided into the fist cerebral infarction group and the recurrent cerebral infarction group.Compare the levels of FGL,FFA and LDH in the two groups. Results:General information and NHISS score comparison,The age, triglyceride, cholesterol, body mass index and NHISS score of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);There were significant differences in age, triglyceride, cholesterol, body mass index and NHISS score in the two groups(P<0.05).The fasting glucose levels in the FACI group and the RACI group were5.99±1.325(mmol/L)and 6.63±2.016(mmol/L),which was higher than the former and significantly different(t=6.001;P<0.05).The levels of free fatty acids in FACI group and RACI group were 0.54±0.201(mmol/L))and 0.64±0.179(mmol/L),no significant difference(t=0.217;P>0.05).The levels of lactate dehydrogenase in the FACI group and the RACI group were 172.53±53.384(mmol/L)and 214.25±56.054(mmol/L),which was higher than the former, with significant difference(t=5.415,P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, history of atrial fibrillation and FGL were risk factors for recurrence of cerebral infarction. Conclusions:In patients with RACI,the levels of FGL and LDH were significantly higher than in patients with FACI,and age, history of atrial fibrillation and FGL were risk factors for recurrence of cerebral infarction. It may provide some clinical evidence to prevent the recurrence of cerebral infarction.
