Clinical Study Of Guizhi Fuzi Decoction Combined With Three-Step Analgesics In The Treatment Of Muscle And Joint Pain Caused By Taxanes

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuzi Decoction combined with WHO three-step analgesics in the treatment of muscle and joint pain caused by taxanes,and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical treatment of muscle and joint pain caused by taxanes.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and a test group,with 36 patients in each group;the control group used the WHO three-step analgesic treatment plan;the test group was based on the treatment of the control group,combined with Guizhi Fuzi Decoction.Observation was continued for 5 days.The pain scores,TCM syndrome scores,Karnofsky scores,quality of life scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:1.Pain curative effect:the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.4%,and the effective rate in the control group was 83.3%,P<0.05,statistically significant difference;both methods can improve the pain symptoms of patients,but Guizhi Fuzi Decoction combined Three-step analgesics can shorten the treatment time,and at the same time,the amount of analgesics is relatively small,and the efficacy is better than that of a single application of analgesics;2.TCM syndrome score:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group is 91.7%,and the effective rate in the control group is 83.3%,P<0.05,there is a statistically significant difference,indicating that the experimental group is better than the control group;3.KPS score:The KPS scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared with those before treatment,P<0.05,the statistical difference was significant;the KPS scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),suggesting the experimental group Better than the control group;4.Quality of life score:After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 94.4%,and the effective rate of the control group was 83.3%.The statistical difference was significant,P<0.05;it fully shows that the two treatment methods used in the trial can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.It shows that the experimental group has more advantages;5.Changes in adverse reactions:The incidence of the test group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the addition of Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the effect of the test group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The modified Guizhi Fuzi Decoction combined with three-step analgesics has a significant effect on the treatment of muscle and joint pain caused by taxanes.It can improve TCM syndromes,and improve the quality of life of patients.It reduces the incidence of adverse reactions,and is clinically worthy of promotion.
