Objective:Through systematic collection, sorting out the traditional Chinese medicine document with containing Guizhi(Chinese cinnamon and cassia twig) and aconite medicine(aconite root, kusnezoff Monkshood Root, Radix Aconiti, Tianxiong, Cezi)and for treating arthralgia disease prescription. Explore the ancient and modern physicians applying Guizhi Fuzi such party in treatment of rheumatism of drug compatibility regularity. To provide the basis and ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, and reduce the randomness of the prescription.Methods:Using the method of combining literature research and statistic analysis, with TCM inheritance system(TCMISS) and combined with the Microsoft Excel to establish a "Guizhi Fuzi" prescription data table, and then comes through the software TCMISS data mining function on the use frequency, combination and dosage form factors were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Total screening of 352 parties, the cumulative drug 4371 times, with an average of 12.42, involving 282 Chinese medicine. Guizhi Fuzi such party in treating rheumatism core drugs in order to Guizhi,Fuzi, licorice, angelica, white peony root,ledebouriella root, ephedra, aconite, cinnamon bark, asarum; the most common drug compatibility class is tonic, up 29.83% of the total drug; second is diaphoretic,accounting for total drug class of 16.41%; No.3 is the medicine for rheumatism,accounting for 13.80% of total drug; No.4 is the promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, accounted for the total drug 12.68%, other drugs in under 10%.2.
