| Objective:to collect the outpatient cases of lung arthralgia from 2015 to 2018.According to the exclusion criteria,the cases that meet the standards are sorted out,the medical records of patients who meet the standards are counted and analyzed,and the characteristics and clinical experience of Professor Wang Tan in the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia in winter are summarized.To provide better information and clinical experience for the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia.Methods:collected and sorted out the outpatient medical records of lung arthralgia in winter from November 2015 to February 2018.Enter the general situation of the patient in the Excel table,prescription syndrome and so on.The syndrome,prescription,sex,taste and return to the meridian were analyzed.This paper summarizes the characteristics and experience of Professor Wang Tan in the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia in winter.Results:By collecting and sorting out winter cases and studying them,the characteristics of the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia by Professor Wang Tan in winter can be summarized.Conclusion:305 cases were counted in this study.The frequency of drugs used was 3608 times.The most common syndromes are:lung and kidney deficiency cold,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome.There are also many main syndromes such as hyperactivity of liver yang,cold drink in lung,dampness and heat of large intestine,fire of spleen meridian,stagnation of gallbladder and stomach,deficiency of liver and kidney yin and deficiency of lung yin.The first five high frequency drugs were classified as:tonifying deficiency medicine,relieving surface medicine,eliminating phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,clearing heat medicine.The first three drug use frequency were warm,flat and cold.The first three flavors,the frequency of drug use from more to less are bitter,sweet,Xin.The first three drugs are spleen,lung and liver. |
