Objective: This study is based on the Department of Pulmonary Disease,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It aims to inherit and carry forward Professor Wang Tan's academic thought and clinical experience in treating pulmonary arthralgia.To sum up Professor Wang Tan's clinical experience in treating pulmonary arthralgia(severe stage of pathogenic excessive arthralgia)from the aspects of liver and lung.Methods: By recording Professor Wang Tan's outpatient consultation information for patients with pulmonary arthralgia,we summarized the prescriptions for the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia,and summarized Professor Wang Tan's academic thoughts on the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia(severe stage of pathogenic excessive arthralgia)from the aspects of liver and lung.Results: In the past two years,the author has collected more than 600 clinical data of Professor Wang Tan's outpatient treatment of pulmonary arthralgia,which has been able to systematically summarize Professor Wang Tan's clinical academic thinking and experience in the treatment of pulmonary arthralgia.Conclusion: Through summing up the ancient and modern physicians' theoretical understanding of pulmonary arthralgia,this paper constructs Professor Wang Tan's cognitive system of treating pulmonary arthralgia,analyses Professor Wang Tan's theoretical basis and clinical significance of treating pulmonary arthralgia from liver-lung correlation,summarizes the characteristics of the principles,prescriptions and medicines of treating pulmonary arthralgia from liver-lung correlation,and finally summarizes Professor Wang Tan's.
