Summary Of Professor Wang Tan’s Experience In The Treatment Of Asthma In Spring

Objective:Professor WangTan has formed a set of unique theories in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of asthma for many years.The climate changes greatly in spring,It is easy to cause the attack of asthma,and the disease is mild and severe.In order to explore the medication rule of Professor WangTan in treating asthma in spring,we collect Professor WangTan’s clinical cases in treating asthma in spring(from spring to summer),analyze the medication rule in spring according to the cluster analysis method,summarize and discuss Professor WangTan’s thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of asthma,Inheriting the academic thought of treating asthma from teachers,the clinical experience of treating asthma with traditional Chinese medicine will be more perfect.Methods:to collect the cases of asthma treated by Professor WangTan in the outpatient department in spring(from spring to summer)in the past three years,input the complete data into excel table,and establish a database.The cases were classified and counted according to the main and secondary addition and subtraction drugs.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze and summarize the data collected,and Professor WangTan’s experience in treating asthma from spring to summer was summarized.Results:after collecting 447 cases and data of patients,through the establishment of database and the classification and statistics of the principles,methods,prescriptions and drugs,it was found that Professor WangTan’s commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of asthma had five corresponding syndromes:hyperactivity of liver Yang,deficiency of three yin and cold syndrome,deficiency of spleen and stomach cold syndrome,depression of gallbladder and stomach heat syndrome,and stagnation of spleen and stomach fire syndrome.There were 171 Chinese herbal medicines involved in the collected cases,with an average of 13.3 Chinese herbal medicines used in each prescription,with a total frequency of 5927 times.There are 44 traditional Chinese medicines used more than 50 times,the total frequency of them is 4497 times,the frequency is 75.87%,and the most frequently used is tonic drugs,the frequency is 1223 times,accounting for 20.63%of the total frequency.After the transformation of the database,through SPSS clustering analysis,we get that the clustering square group is 7 kinds.Conclusion:1.In spring,asthma is easy to occur.Professor WangTan closely combined with the characteristics of disease in spring,and treated it according to syndrome differentiation.Professor WangTan thinks that the attack of asthma in spring is closely related to the viscera such as liver and gall,spleen and stomach,and the pathogenic factors such as cold,heat,deficiency and excess are the main factors.During the treatment,attention should be paid to clearing the liver and gall,invigorating the spleen and stomach,dispersing the cold and clearing the heat,tonifying the deficiency and reducing the excess.2.Treat the symptoms and the root causes in normal times.Professor WangTan believes that asthma is based on deficiency,that is,weakness of spleen and stomach function is the root of the disease.Therefore,deficiency medicine is the main treatment.During the development of the disease,pathological products such as phlegm,drink,dampness and blood stasis appear together,and a variety of other internal and external pathogenic factors are mixed.Therefore,the treatment process is often combined with dispersing pathogenic factors,clearing pathogenic heat,tending to dampness,infiltrating dampness and turbidity,warming and internal cold,smoothing Qi mechanism,eliminating food accumulation and removing blood stasis Blood,anti cough and asthma,calming the mind,calming the wind and gathering body fluid are the main drugs to treat asthma.3.Asthma is mainly caused by fire.Professor WangTan thinks that fire evil is relatively strong in the process of asthma.Fire is often the key factor in the diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,many drugs are not separated from the products of Xuansan and Qingxie,which make the fire clear,the disease reduced and the condition stabilized.4.The cold and heat are flat,the rise and fall are related to each other,and the supplement is not stagnant,but scattered.Professor WangTan is good at giving full play to his advantages in the treatment of asthma.He has a rigorous selection of drugs,pays attention to the excessive cold and heat,the smooth regulation of Qi,the degree of virtual damage,and the opening and closing of Qi.
