Objective:To explore the clinical effect and advantage of treating primary dysmenorrhea(type of cold coagulation and blood stasis)with medicine separation moxibustion, and to provide a new treatment method for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were selected and divided into drug isolation moxibustion group and control group by random number table method according to the order of treatment,35 cases in drug isolation moxibustion group and 35 cases in oral medicine(Shaofu Zhuyu pill)group. The clinical treatment effect and the difference of dysmenorrhea symptom scores and VAS scores of patients before and after treatment were observed. The meridian characteristics changes before and after treatment were compared using the human body meridian characteristics diagnostic analysis system, and the curative effect difference between the two groups of patients and the clinical advantages of drug separation moxibustion were compared multi-dimensional.Results:1.Clinical efficacy.According to the evaluation standard of curative effect,19 cases,12 cases and 4 cases of effective moxibustion group were cured after treatment, and the effective rate reached 100%.In the oral drug group,8 cases were cured after treatment,17 cases were significantly effective,9 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. The effective rate was 97%.The clinical effect of moxibustion group was better than that of oral medicine group.2.Dysmenorrhea symptom score. After treatment, the dysmenorrhea symptom scores of patients in the medicine isolation moxibustion group and the oral medicine group were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).3.VAS score. After the first course of treatment, the VAS scores of patients in the drug-isolated moxibustion group and the oral drug group decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant. After the second course of treatment and the third course of treatment, the VAS scores of patients in the two groups decreased significantly, with significant differences(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).After 3courses of treatment, the VAS score of patients in the drug-isolated moxibustion group decreased more obviously, and there was a significant difference compared with the oral drug group(P < 0.05).4.Meridian characteristics. The main abnormal meridian characteristics of the patients in the medicine isolation moxibustion group and the oral medicine group changed significantly before and after treatment, and the meridian characteristics of the patients tended to normal state.Abnormal meridian characteristics of kidney meridian of Foo-Shaoyin and bladder meridian of Foo-Sun tended to be normal, and there were significant differences before and after treatment(P < 0.001).The abnormal meridian characteristics of foot yangming gastric meridian imbalance tended to be normal, and there was significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01).Compared with the oral moxibustion group, the changes of abnormal meridian characteristics of kidney meridian and bladder meridian of Foo-Shaoyin and Foo-Yang,and abnormal meridian characteristics of stomach meridian imbalance of Foo-Yang-Ming in the medicine-isolated moxibustion group were more obvious(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Medicine separation moxibustion therapy and oral drug therapy have good clinical efficacy for primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis type);2.The clinical efficacy of isolated moxibustion therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis type)is better than that of oral drug therapy, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
