Effect Of Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine On Gastrointestinal Dysfunction After Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective This topic is based on the concept of Fast-track surge,using randomized controlled method to apply Jiawei sini powder acupoint application and oral Simo d ecoction oral oral liquid to patients with Postoperative Gastrointestinal Disorder after gynecological laparoscopic surgery on the basis of western medicine treatment.To e xplore the effect of Jiawei sini powder acupoint applicatio and oral Simo decoction combined with western medicine on postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction.It pro vides a clinical theoretical basis for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction afte r gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and provides a more effective comprehensive t reatment for the rapid recovery of patients after operation.Methods One group of 50 patients were treated with Jiawei sini powder acupoint a pplicatio combined with western medicine,two groups of 50 patients were treated with oral Simo decoction combined with western medicine,50 patients in control g roup were treated with western medicine.clinical observation table was used to coll ect,analyze and collate patient information,and the obtained data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 for Windows version.Results1.Analysis and comparison of the three groups in general data(age,anesthesia time,intraoperative blood loss,degree of pelvic adhesion,postoperative abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting score,postoperative symptoms before treatment scores)were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 can significantly shorten the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,significantly advance the time of first exhaust and defecation,and the efficacy is better than the control group(P<0.01),while treatment group 1 is better than treatment group 2(P<0.05).3.Treatment of group 1 and group 2 within 72 hours after operation can relieve abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,as follows:(1)Postoperative abdominal pain relief: postoperative day 1 1 set of curative effect is superior to the treatment group and control group 2(P<0.05),the curative effect of treatment group were better than control group,2 days postoperatively and treatment 1group is superior to the two groups(P<0.01),the third day after the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.01),treatment 1 and treatment 2group no difference(P>0.05).(2)The relief of postoperative abdominal distension: there was no difference among the three groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05),the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2 and the control group on the second day after surgery(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the treatment group 2 and the control group(P>0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group on the3 rd day after operation(P<0.05),and it is no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The relief of postoperative nausea and vomiting: there was no difference between the three groups on the first and second days after the operation(P>0.05).On the third day after the operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups(P >05).4.The comparison of the overall efficacy of traditional Chinese medical syndrome: 49 cases were cured in the treatment group 1,1 case was significantly effective,the cure rate was 98%,and the significant efficiency was 2%.In the two groups,43 cases were cured,7cases showed significant effect,the cure rate was 86%,and the significant effect rate was24%.In the control group,27 cases were cured,23 cases were effective,the cure rate was54%,the effective rate was 46%.The overall curative effect of traditional Chinese medical syndromes in the two treatment groups was significantly better than that in the control group,and the curative effect in the treatment group 1 was better than that in the treatment group 2.(P<0.01)Conclusion1.Jiawei sini powder acupoint application combined with western medicine treatment,Simo decoction oral combined with western medicine treatment can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,can significantly shorten the recovery time of postoperative bowel sound and the first time of exhaust and defecation.2.Oral Simo decoction combined with western medicine can improve abdominal pain and abdominal distension within 72 hours after operation,and the curative effect is better than the simple western medicine treatment.3.In 72 hours after operation,Jiawei sini powder acupoint applicatio combined with western medicine treatment can obviously improve postoperative abdominal pain and abdominal distension.And the curative effect is better than the oral Simo decoction combined with western medicine treatment and western medicine treatment alone.4.Within 72 hours after four inverse adjustment of acupoint sticking with western medicine treatment with western medicine,oral four grind soup oral liquid treatment with western medicine treatment no significant difference to improve the curative effect of postoperative nausea and vomiting,postoperative day 3 only four inverse adjustment of acupoint sticking with western medicine treatment with western
