Objective:Colorectal cancer is a common clinical malignancy;the morbidity and mortality of it are showing an upward trend year by year in China, more and more attentions are paid by medical staff and relatives of patients.Despite the current variety of treatments, surgery remains the main treatment to it,which is the only way to cure it.However,in the perioperative period, not only the choice of surgical methods is concerned about, but also the management of rehabilitation problems.A set of rapid rehabilitation programs have been established for the perioperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer, which are recognized by the majority of clinical workers. At the same time,to improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery, the role of traditional Chinese medicine has been confirmed by the relevant research and promotion. In order to clarify the role of Fast track surgery of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic surgery in patients with abdominal surgery, this study is used as a research entry point. Methods:In this study,63 patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer after abdominal surgery were divided into treatment group and blank group by means of prospective randomized controlled trial. The treatment group(using the rapid rehabilitation surgery program + TCM external treatment program)and the blank group(conventional treatment regimen)are compared in the main efficacy indicators(patient hospitalization time, complication rate, postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function);other symptoms and signs(Such as abdominal pain, bloating, nausea and vomiting, postoperative fatigue);laboratory indicators(Adrenocorticotropic hormone, albumin),etc.Through statistical methods, the clinical effects can be determined by making analysis to it.Results:There was no significant difference in gender, age, operation time, anesthesia time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the blank group, the treatment group in initial postoperative ventilation time and defecation time were significantly early, and the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of patients after first day and three days of the mean values of serum albumin, adrenocorticotropic hormone and fatigue scores were significantly decreased in the two groups compared with preoperative(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the two groups in serum albumin, corticotropin and fatigue scores in the preoperative, postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 3(P>0.05).Compared with the blank group, the patient in the treatment group of the average duration of hospitalization was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the clinical study,no adverse reactions were observed in both groups. There were no abnormal changes in the three routine, biochemical indexes, stress indexes, inflammation indexes and electrocardiogram. In terms of the complications, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)after examination of the patients in the two groups. Conclusion:The Fast track surgery of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer. It can shorten postoperative primary exhaust and defecation time, shorten the hospitallitation time and promote rapid recovery of patients. At the same time,it doesn’ t significantly increase the adverse reactions and complications, suitable for clinical application.
