Objective:1.To verify the effectiveness of hip balance method in the treatment of piriformis syndrome under the guidance of the theory of differentiation and treatment.2.To explore the mechanism of hip Balancing Therapy in the treatment of piriformis syndrome, and lay a theoretical foundation.3.Standardize the operation of hip balance method in the treatment of piriformis syndrome, which is convenient for clinical application and promotion.Methods:1.60 patients with acromion impingement syndrome were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.2.The patients included in the treatment group were treated with the hip balance method, which focused on the research of this topic. Each course of treatment was 7 days as a unit. The trial lasted for a total of 2 courses in order to more clearly observe the patients before treatment. After the difference;the control group was used as the reference group for this study, and the medium frequency pulse electric therapy was used to treat it.The treatment period was the same as that of the treatment group, with a total of 2 courses.3.Through statistical data, the scores of the two groups of patients in the VAS score scale,JOA hip joint score scale and clinical symptom score scale before and after treatment were analyzed and compared respectively,so as to fully evaluate the passage of piriformis syndrome patients through the hip Efficacy before and after treatment with Tune balance method.Results:1.The VAS evaluation score was analyzed and compared with the clinical symptom score scale: the VAS scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically significant after non-parametric testing, indicating that the clinical data of the two groups are comparable. After the statistical analysis of the scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,it can be concluded that the differences in the scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients are not statistically significant. Therefore, this difference between the two groups Differences in clinical data can be used as effective results of this trial. In addition, after statistical analysis of the JOA hip scale scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,it can be proved that the difference in the JOA hip scale scores between the two groups of patients indicates that the efficacy and data are comparable.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group:According to objective standard statistics, the total effective rate of the treatment group is93.33%.According to objective standard statistics, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,P=0.034<0.05.Through the comparative analysis of the efficacy data of the two groups,it can be seen that the clinical trial data is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The treatment of piriformis syndrome by the hip balance adjustment method under the guidance of the theory of "differentiation and treatment" and the treatment of piriformis syndrome by clinical intermediate frequency pulse electric therapy have different effects, and after scientific statistical analysis,The treatment effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group;2.Based on the theory of differentiation and structure, the hip balance method in the treatment of piriformis syndrome has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of pain and limited activity, and is worthy of promotion in the future clinical treatment.
