| Objective: The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness and safety of the wrist balance method in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome under the guidance of structure differentiation theory, and to provide a reliable clinical basis for the wrist balance method under the guidance of structure differentiation theory in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Standardize the operation of wrist balance in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, which is convenient for clinical application and promotion. Methods: During the period from December 2021 to December 2022,a total of 76 patients were recruited. After the random number table method,69 cases were finally included(35 cases in the test group and 34 cases in the control group),of which 7 cases dropped out of the trial because of the epidemic situation or patients’ own reasons. The experimental group was treated with wrist massage for 20 minutes every other day,3 times as a course of treatment, the curative effect was observed after 1 course of treatment, and finally compared with the control group, the continuous wave intensity that the patients could bear was selected, and the treatment time and frequency were the same as those in the experimental group.Through the statistical professional software SPSS28.0,the collected data were statistically analyzed, and the VAS score,Boston carpal tunnel syndrome questionnaire(BCTQ)score and two-point discrimination were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of sex, age, course of disease,VAS score,BCTQ score and two-point discrimination. The VAS score before and after treatment was 24.759 in the test group and 16.498 in the control group(P < 0.05),and the VAS score between the two groups was 3.974(P < 0.05).Statistical analysis of BCTQ table before and after treatment showed that the taper of the test group was 14.168 and that of the control group was 11.972,P < 0.05.The BCTQ scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups(P < 0.05).The results of two-point discrimination before and after treatment were 24.759 in the test group and16.498 in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The range of flexion and extension was 14.162(P < 0.05)in the test group,15.253(P < 0.05)in the ulna and radius of the test group,13.330(P < 0.05)in the control group, and 14.921(P < 0.05)in the control group. The intra-group and inter-group comparative analysis before and after treatment showed that P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.2.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups: according to statistics,9cases were cured,23 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective in the wrist balance test group, and the total effective rate was 91.43%;in the electroacupuncture control group,5 cases were cured,23 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 82.35%.The comparative analysis of the curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The wrist balance method based on "differential structure theory" and electroacupuncture therapy have different effects in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, and the statistical analysis shows that the wrist balance method based on "structure differentiation therapy" is better than electroacupuncture therapy. The wrist balance method is relatively effective in relieving pain symptoms and improving motor function in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, safe operation and high acceptance of patients,so it has a development prospect in clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future. |
