Clinical Study Of The Method Of Adjusting Patella Balance Totreat Chondromalacia Of Patella Under The Guidance Of Treatment According To Structure Differentiation Theory

Objective:1.To verify the effectiveness and safety of the method of adjusting patella balance totreat chondromalacia of patella;2.To explore the mechanism of tthe method of adjusting patella balance totreat chondromalacia of patella and lay a theoretical foundation;3.Standardize the operation of the method of adjusting patella balance totreat chondromalacia of patella to be convenient for clinical application and promotion.Methods:The clinical observation of 72 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with the method of adjusting patella balance totreat chondromalacia of patella and the control group was treated with oralling glucosamine indomethacin enteric–coated tablets.After comparison and observation,12cases fell off for various reasons,30 cases in the final treatment group and the control group in the course of treatment.Two groups of treatments were observed in each group.The?McGill Simplified Scale?and?Lysholm Knee Function Scoring Criteria?were used as reference indicators to measure and score the knee joint function of patients before and after treatment.Results:End of treatment,compared by efficacy evaluation,The treatment group was cured in 8 cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,improved in 4 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the cure rate was 26.67%,the total effective rate was 90.00%;the control group was cured in 4 cases,markedly effective in 7 cases,improved in 11 cases,invalid In 8 cases,the cure rate was 13.33%,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The treatment group was superior to the control group and was statistically significant by?~2 test(P=0.029<0.05).The method of adjusting patella balance not only has a significant improvement in pain,but also has an outstanding effect on the functional recovery of the knee joint.Conclusion:The method of adjusting patella balance totreat chondromalacia of patella has obvious curative effect,simple operation,short course of treatment,quick onset and high safety.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
