Objective:1.To verify the effectiveness of shoulder balance regulation on the basis of structure differentiation theory for the treatment of subacrominal impingement syndrome;2.To explore the mechanism of action of shoulder balance regulation on the basis of structure differentiation theory for the treatment of subacrominal impingement syndrome, and lay a theoretical foundation.3.Standardized shoulder balance regulation on the basis of structure differentiation theory for the treatment of subacrominal impingement syndrome, easy for clinical application and promotion. Methods: Sixty cases with subacrominal impingement syndrome that met the criteria for inclusion in this study were selected and divided in the treatment group and the control group by randomized controlled method. The treatment group was treated with shoulder balance regulation treatment, and the control group was treated with regular massage, the treatment was performed once every other day,3 times for a course of treatment, and the curative effect was observed after 2 courses of treatment, visual analogue scores and constant-murley scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, the data were statistically calculated and compared to evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment. Results: After the end of the two courses of treatment,1.VAS: VAS in the two groups were 7.04±0.78 and 6.85±1.13 before treatment,P=0.461>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.VAS in the two groups were 2.75 ± 1.10 and 3.47 ± 1.13 after treatment,P=0.014<0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. The treatment group was compared before and after treatment,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The control group was compared before and after treatment,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.CMS: CMS in the two groups were 51.53±9.04 and 52.80±9.35 before treatment,P=0.596>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.CMS in the two groups were 79.00±14.13 and 69.80±16.70 after treatment,P=0.024<0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. The treatment group was compared before and after treatment,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The control group was compared before and after treatment,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Clinical efficacy: The treatment group was cured in 8 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, improved in 5 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the cure rate was 26.67%,the total effective rate was 93.33%;the control group was cured in 4 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, improved in 12 cases, invalid In 4 cases, the cure rate was 13.33%,the total effective rate was 86.67%.Conclusion:1.The treatments of regular massage and shoulder balance regulation have certain curative effects on relieving the pain and improving the activity function of patients with subacrominal impingement syndrome;2.For the treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome, the method of shoulder balance regulation on the basis of structure differentiation theory is better than the regular massage.
