Study On The Correlation Between Perimenopausal Anxiety Disorder And Northwest Dryness Syndrome

Objective:After investigating analyzing the correlationship between perimenopausal of anxiety disorder and NDS,this paper provides theoretical data for the p revention and treatment of perimenopausal anxiety disorder by modern Chinese medicine i n Xinjiang region.Method:Adopt cross-sectional survey method,401 cases(40 to60 years old)age women generally(gender,age,occupation,address),the menstruation situation(menarche,menstrual period,etc.),cycle and pregnancy time,production time,the improve d Kupperman rating scale,self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)score and TCM sympto ms questionnaire,northwest dryness syndrome standard scoresheet for unified information related to collect and fill out a form,fill in the data,on the premise of guarantee reliable d ata for the data for statistical analysis.Results:The proportion of 204 patients suffered from northwest dryness syndrome in the treatment group was 79.43%,and the proportion of 197 patients with northwest dryness syndrome in the control group was 21.3%.The composition of northwest dryness syndrome was compared between the two groups,P=0.01<0.05,which was statistically important.Through univariate and multivariate regression,it was found that the time of menstrual disorder and northwest dryness syndrome were the risk factors of perimenopausal anxiety,and presented positive correlation.Conclusion : There may be correlation between perimenopausal anxiety patients and northwest dryness syndrome,and attention should be paid to the relationship between them.
