Objective: To analyze the relation of Northwest Dryness Syndrome and IL-17 A, IL-10 expression differences. Methods: clinical epidemiology was used.case-control study design was used.a total of 213 questionnaires were collected and serum specimens. CBA uses streaming technology to detect IL-17 A, IL-10 cytokine levels. chi-square test was adopted for enumeration data, and t(t’) or analysis of variance was used for measurement data. Results:(1) the comparison of IL-17 A and IL-10 level between Northwest Dryness Syndrome group and non-syndrome group: Northwest dryness syndrome group is higher than the non-disease syndrome group(P<0.01).(2) IL-17 A, IL-10 levels of Han are higher in the Northwest dryness syndrome group than in the non-Syndrome Uighur group((P<0.01), IL-10 levels of uighurs is higher in the Northwest dryness syndrome group than in the non-syndrome Han group(P<0.05).(3) IL-17 A, IL-10 level of different age groups is no statistical difference in the northwest dryness syndrome group and non-Syndrome group(P>0.05); IL- 10 levels of the youth, middle-aged and elderly group is higher in the Northwest dryness syndrome group than in the non-syndrome group(P<0.05). IL- 17 A levels of the middle-aged group is higher in the Northwest dryness syndrome group than in the non-syndrome group(P<0.01)(4) In the correlation analysis between Northwest Dryness Syndrome, deficiency integral and IL-17 A, IL-10 level: The deficiency integral and IL-17 A levels were positively correlated in theNorthwest Dryness Syndrome group(r=0.263,P<0.01);among different nationalities:The deficiency integral of Han and IL-17 A levels were positively correlated in the Northwest dryness syndrome group(r=0.268,P<0.01),and negatively correlated to the level of IL-10(r=-0.315,P<0.05).Different age groups: The deficiency syndrome integral of elderly group was positively related to IL-17 A in the Northwest dryness syndrome group(r=0.408,P<0.05).(5) the comparison of the attack rate and deficiency syndrome integral of Qi,blood, Yin and Yang and internal organs between northwest dryness syndrome group and non-syndrome group: The attack rates of Qi deficiency, stomach deficiency, liver deficiency syndrome of northwest dryness syndrome group were higher than those of non-syndrome group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The integral of Yin deficiency syndrome, spleen deficiency syndrome, stomach deficiency syndrome and liver deficiency syndrome of Northwest dryness syndrome group were higher than in the disease group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(6) The comparison of the attack rate of Deficiency Syndrome between Uygur and Han: the attack rate of Qi deficiency syndrome, heart deficiency syndrome, stomach deficiency syndrome and liver deficiency syndrome of Han were higher than Uighur(P < 0.01). Conclusion:(1) the northwest dryness syndrome may affect the expression of IL-17 A and IL-10.(2) the northwest dryness syndrome in patients with deficiency syndrome constitution is obvious, its deficiency constitution status was associated expression level of IL-17 A, IL-10, and there are age differences, ethnic differences.
