Correlative Study Of The Hans In Urumqi And Yili Region Cardiovascular Aging Rule Difference With Northwest Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To study the Hans in Urumqi and Yili region cardiovascular aging rule difference and the relation with northwest dryness syndrome(NDS) with cardiovascular senescence,provides theoretical basis for prevention and control of xinjiang region cardiovascular aging. Methods:Selection 474 healthy people from Urumqi and Yili,among which 314 were in Urumqi,Yili in 160 cases.Underwent scene investigation,blood biochemistry and heart ultrasonography,to compare the law of cardiovascular aging between Urumqi and Yili,analysis law of NDS and cardiovascular aging. Results:(1)The following indexs can be used as an objective index to quantitatively assess the cardiovascular aging;1)Blood pressure index:SBP,PP,PPI;2)Renal function quota:BUN,Cr,Cys C,ALBU;3)Heart ultrasonography data:AD,LA,LVDd,LVDs,RA,R V,PA,LVEF.(2)The Hans in Urumqi and Yili region cardiovascular aging related ind ex change with increasing age,SBP、PP、PPI、BUN、Cr、Cys C、AD、LA、LVDd、LVDs、RA、RV、PA indexs are on the rise, along with the increasing age ALBU,LVEF index declined with the increase of age.The associated cardiovascular aging i ndex change with age,closely associated with cardiovascular aging, can be used as an indicator of cardiovascular aging markers are: SBP,PP,BUN,Cys C,ALBU,LA,LV Dd,LVDs,RV,LVEF.(3)The rate of NDS suffer from hans in Urumqi and Yili regi on are increasing with the increase of age,Urumqi hans rate of NDS suffer from h igher than Yili hans(P<0.05).(4)The same age group,the comparison between di fferent regions:1)In 30-44,45-59 age groups Urumqi Hans cardiovascular aging prog ress is slightly faster than Yili Hans,in the two age groups Urumqi Hans rate of N DS is higher than Yili Hans.Two areas 30-44,45-59 age group rate of NDS suffer from comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)60-74 age group of Urumqi and Yili Hans cardiovascular aging progress quickly,the Hans in Yili cardiovascular aging progress is faster than Urumqi Hans,in this groups Urumqi H ans rate of NDS is higher than Yili Hans,But the rate of NDS Yili Hans rises sig nificantly greater than Urumqi Hans.Two areas 60-74 age group rate of NDS suffer from comparative difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).3)≥75 age group Urumqi Hans cardiovascular aging progress is faster than Yili Hans,But Yili Hans rate of NDS is higher than Urumqi Hans,this age group rate of NDS suffer from comparative difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Two areas H ans NDS group SBP,PP,PPI,BUN,Cr,Cys-C,AD,LA,LVDd,LVDs,RA,RV and PA indic ators are higher,but ALBU and LVEF indicators are lower,and LA,LVDd,LVDs,RA,RV,PA,LVEF indicators NDS group compared with no NDS group comparative diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:(1)Along with the increase of age Urumqi Hans and Yili Hans cardiov ascular aging progress is not a constant speed.(2) In 30-44,45-59 age groups Urum qi Hans and Yili Hans cardiovascular aging slow progress,Urumqi Hans cardiovascu lar aging progress is slightly faster than Yili Hans.In the two age groups Urumqi Hans rate of NDS is higher than Yili Hans.In the four age groups,60-74 age group cardiovascular aging progress is fastest,the Yili Hans cardiovascular aging progress is faster than Urumqi Hans,in this groups Urumqi Hans rate of NDS is higher th an Yili Hans,But the rate of NDS Yili Hans rises significantly greater than Urumqi Hans.≥75 age group Urumqi Hans and Yili Hans cardiovascular aging slow progre ss,Urumqi Hans cardiovascular aging progress is faster than Yili Hans,Yili Hans rat e of NDS is higher than Urumqi Hans.(3)The Hans in Urumqi and Yili region car diovascular aging progress was correlated with NDS,NDS is one of the factors affe cting the main accelerated cardiovascular aging process.
