Study On The Correlation Between Northwest Dryness Syndrome And Tcm Syndrome Type Of Coronary Heart Disease In Different Ethnic Groups In Xinjiang

Objective:1,Comparison of Uygur, Han and Kazak patients with coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome type difference,to futher explore the differences of the TCM syndrome type between Xinjiang Uygur, Han and Kazak patients with coronary heart disease,who at the same time, with the Northwest Dryness Syndrome.2, To explore the relationship between the incidence of coronary heart disease, pathological changes and prognosis in the Northwest Dryness Syndrome and the different nationalities of Xinjiang(Uygur, Han and Kazak).Methods: Collection of the past 20 years of dry syndrome and coronary heart disease in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine researches’ literatures to collate,to explore the correlation and difference between dryness syndrome and coronary heart disease. Formulation of the coronary heart disease and TCM syndrome types of measurement and scoring form, survey and fill in the questionnaire according to the uniform provisions. Using statistical methods to analyze the TCM syndrome type of Uygur, Han and Kazak patients with coronary heart disease.Compare the similarities and differences of TCM syndrome types of patients who suffer from or do not suffer from the Northwest Dryness Syndrome.To explore the intrinsic link between coronary heart disease and northwest dryness syndrome,to explore the similarities and differences of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease among different nationalities in Xinjiang..Results: By chi-square test, A, B, C, D, E gender comparisons between groups(P > 0.05, patient age similar, there was no significant difference, so they have comparable. By analysis of variance, A, B, C, D, E group comparison between age(P < 0.05, the patient age conditions are different,So the incidence of coronary heart disease is related with age.To statistical analysis of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease patients with Northwest Dryness Syndrome among Uygur, Han and Kazak patients.After chi square test, P<0.05,So it has statistical significance among the Uygur, Han and Kazak coronary heart disease patients with Northwest Dryness Syndrome.To prove the difference of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease among different nationalities.To statistical analysis of TCM Syndrome Types in patients with Northwest Dryness Syndrome of coronary heart disease,by chi-square test, P < 0.05, therefore, the TCM syndrome types of patients with coronary heart disease and the northwest dryness syndrome has statistical significance,To prove the northwest dryness syndrome has significant influence on TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease.Different types of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease have statistical difference among the different ethnic groups(Uygur, Han and Kazak),Northwest dryness syndrome has effect on TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease.
