Objective:The purpose of this project is to choose the time of taking medicine according to the time of chronic urticaria onset.To observe differences in clinical effects of the two methods taking the drug before the night rash and taking the drug after breakfast and dinner in regular for chronic urticaria with deficiency of Qi and blood occurring at night.In order to seek the best solution for the treatment of chronic urticaria,and to provide new ideas for the modern Chinese medicine method of taking medicine.Methods:Collected 64 patients with Chronic urticaria that deficiency of qi and blood who are prone to occur at night.Randomly divided them into a treatment group and a control group,each with 32 cases,and all given Chinese medicine.The treatment group adjusted the time of taking medicine in accordance with suitable time,for the first time half an hour after dinner(about 17-19 pm Beijing Time),and the second around 21:00(before the rash);The other one take the medicine after breakfast and dinner in regular.The course of treatment was 6 weeks,and the patients were revisited once a week.The scores of relevant symptoms and signs and adverse reactions were recorded before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks,and 6 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,the relapse rates were observed in clinically cured patients and patients with apparent effects.Results:1.Symptoms improved: Both groups of cases were relieved at 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 6 weeks after treatment.The improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving the degree and duration of itching,during 4 weeks to 6 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of reducing the itching,duration of itching and the cases of itching.2.Overall efficacy: After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical difference in efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group had an efficiency advantage and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.Recurrence rate: Four weeks after the end of treatment,both groups of cases relapsed,and the recurrence rate of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).4.Safety comparison: Both groups of cases in the course of treatment,mild adverse reactions,without special treatment,the symptoms self-relief,and did not affect the physical rehabilitation and research process.After statistical analysis,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with routine methods of taking the medicine after breakfast and dinner,the method that taking medicine in accordance with suitable time is more efficient,relieving symptoms more quickly,especially in relieving the degree and duration of itching and the cases of itching.The recurrence rate of the two groups is no difference.Taking medicine in accordance with suitable time is safely.
