| Objectives:To observe the clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment nursing scheme dominated by Panlong moxibustion on chronic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.To explore the influence of TCM external treatment nursing scheme dominated by Panlong moxibustion on epigastric pain symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type.To evaluate the clinical compliance,satisfaction and practicability of the nursing scheme of external treatment of TCM led by Panlong moxibustion,and to compare and analyze the advantages of the nursing plan compared with the western medicine nursing plan.Methods:60 cases of CG with spleen stomach deficiency and cold syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional modern medicine.The patients in the control group were given routine modern medical care.The patients in the observation group were treated with external treatment of TCM dominated by Panlong moxibustion,including TCM syndrome nursing,diet nursing,emotional nursing,health guidance.And on the first day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day,Panlong moxibustion was carried out once.And according to the patient’s symptoms,choose ear point pressing beans,acupoint application,acupoint massage,cupping and other TCM characteristics.TCM symptom score,visual analogue scale score(VAS),evaluation of the spleen and stomach disease of patient reported outcome score(PRO),and TCM nursing effect score of chronic gastritis were performed on the first day and two weeks after treatment.Results:(1)Before treatment:there were no significant differences in gender,age,body mass index,education level,course of disease,season of onset and types of chronic gastritis between the two groups(P>0.05);and there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,VAS score and ssd-pro score between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After 2 weeks of treatment:the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01);the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the pain relief index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group The score of SSD-PRO was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).(3)Evaluation of compliance and satisfaction of TCM External Treatment Nursing Technology:the compliance and satisfaction of moxibustion and auricular point pressing were 100%;the compliance of acupoint application and acupoint massage were 95%and 95%respectively(4)the practicability evaluation of the nursing techniques of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine:the practicability of ear point pressing beans and Panlong moxibustion was generally recognized by the responsible nurses,and more than 90%of the responsible nurses thought that moxibustion,acupoint application and acupoint massage were highly practical.(5)Evaluation of patients’ satisfaction with clinical nursing work:the satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in the scores of the three items of the language of nurses is easy to understand,the nurses pay attention to their own image,and the nurses give me medication treatment on time".Conclusion:(1)Panlong moxibustion led TCM external treatment nursing scheme can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.(2)The TCM external treatment nursing scheme led by Panlong moxibustion can significantly relieve the degree of epigastric pain and improve the quality of life of patients.(3)The nursing scheme of Chinese medicine external treatment led by Panlong moxibustion has good clinical compliance and practicability,which can improve clinical nursing Compared with the conventional modern medical nursing,the nursing scheme has obvious advantages and has good clinical promotion value. |
