| Objecttive:This topic is mainly to study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of menstrual diseases such as prolonged menstrual period through clinical observation.For 72 cases of prolonged menstruation(hepatic stagnation and blood heat type),the methods of soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and cooling blood,used traditional Chinese medicine granule Danzhi Xiaoyao San plus or minus combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy,selected acupoints to obtain Guan Yuan and Qi Hai,uterus,blood sea,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,Ganshu,and simple use of traditional Chinese medicine granules Danzhi Xiaoyao San plus or minus oral treatment for a comparative study.Compare the improvement of the primary and secondary symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the clinical efficacy of the two treatment programs,and evaluate the clinical feasibility,safety,reliability,and side effects of the treatment program.And it can further explore and expand the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease in modern life and the modern clinical application of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.To a certain extent,it can evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding in the treatment of gynecological bleeding diseases.Methods:A total of 72 clinical cases were observed in this subject,all from the gynecological outpatient department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all of them were patients with prolonged menstrual period of liver-stagnation and blood-heat type through TCM differentiation.72 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.During the observation process,one case from the experimental group and the control group fell off.The actual number of cases was 70.The experimental group was given the granular Danzhi Xiaoyao San(composed of Danpi,Gardenia,Bupleurum,Roasted White Peony,Angelica,Poria,Atractylodes,Mint,Simmered Ginger,and Licorice)combined with acupoint embedding therapy,The control group was given the granular Danzhi Xiaoyao powder plus or minus orally.The medicines of the two groups were all from the outpatient pharmacy of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The way of taking the medicine is: twice a day,one sachet at a time,each half an hour after breakfast and dinner,and take it with warm water;the time for taking the medicine is:start on the fourth day of menstruation,continue taking seven days,and after three consecutive menstrual cycles,Observe the effect.Embedding acupuncture points,once every two weeks,for three consecutive menstrual cycles.During the treatment period,the patients were also instructed to work out moderately,have a smooth mood,and avoid cold and spicy food in their diet.During the implementation of this treatment plan,other drugs are forbidden,other treatments are forbidden,the scores of the primary and secondary symptoms of all patients before and after treatment are evaluated and recorded,and the software SPSS17.0 is used to make statistics through T test,X2 test,etc.According to the scientific analysis,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated based on the obtained data.And a3-month follow-up is required after the end of treatment.Results:After three menstrual cycles of treatment,there were 35 cases in the experimental group(Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with acupoint embedding),12 cases were cured,accounting for 34.29%;8 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 22.86%;13 cases were effective,accounting for 37.14%;2 cases were invalid,accounting for 5.71%;the total effective rate was 94.29%.In the control group(Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder plus or minus oral administration)35 cases,5 cases were cured,accounting for14.29%;7 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 20%;16 cases were effective,accounting for 45.71%;7 cases were ineffective,accounting for20%;total effective rate Is 80.00%.Both treatments are effective for patients with liver-stagnation and blood-heat syndrome,but the clinical efficacy of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group,and P<0.05,which is statistically significant,indicating that for the treatment of liver-stagnation and blood-heat syndrome,Danzhi Modified Xiaoyaosan oral combined with catgut embedding at acupoint is better than oral Chinese medicine alone.It is specifically reflected in the improvement of the two symptoms of prolonged menstrual time and excessive menstrual flow in the main symptoms,as well as the improvement of the chest and hypochondriac pain and abdominal pain during menstruation.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The main symptom and the three groups of depression,irritability,and dry mouth and throat have improved to varying degrees after treatment in the two groups,but there is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:After analyzing the experimental data,it is concluded that oral administration of Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with acupoint embedding has a better clinical effect in the treatment of liver-stagnation and blood-heat syndrome with prolonged menstrual period.In addition,no obvious toxic and side effects were found during the experiment,the safety is high,and the clinical application is strong. |
