The Clinical Observation Of Siwu Xiaoyao San In The Treatment Of Headache, Liver Stagnation And Blood Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:The clinical observation research the effect of Siwu-Xiaoyao Powder on menstrual headache caused by liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome,to clarify the therapeutic effect and relative advantages of the combined prescription,and to provide scientific basis for clinical dialectical application and direction for clinical research in the future.Method:The research selects patients who met the diagnostic criteria of pure menstrual migraine without aura in western medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine menstrual headache caused by liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome from January 2018 to September 2018,Professor Yang Zhengwang from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After analysis,60 cases were included and randomly divided into treatment group(Siwu-Xiaoyao Powder)and control group(ibuprofen sustained-release capsule)with 30 cases each for 3menstrual cycles.After drug withdrawal,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,headache total score and single symptom changes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the recurrence was observed after 3 menstrual cycles of follow-up.Results:There was no significant differences in age,course of disease,severity of illness,TCM syndrome score and headache total score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 93.33%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more obviously(P<0.05)than the control group,and the total headache score also decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05)in improving the single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,such as less menstruation,dizziness,and breastpain,and there is no significant difference in other symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P>0.05).And the treatment group can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:Siwu-Xiaoyao Powder and ibuprofen sustained-release capsule have certain clinical effects on patients with menstrual headache caused by liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome,both of which can achieve analgesic effect,but Siwu-Xiaoyao Powder is better than ibuprofen sustained-release capsule in improving TCM syndrome score.Siwu-Xiaoyao Powder can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,has good long-term efficacy.And Siwu-Xiaoyao Powder is safe in clinical medication,which has no adverse events.
