| Objective:By observing the objective and subjective indexes in the randomized trial study,the clinical efficacy and safety of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined DC electric ions penetrating therapy into the treatment of perimenopausal liver-stagnation and heat-type dry eyes was evaluated,so as to provide an effective treatment plan for the treatment of perimenopausal liver-stagnation and heat-type dry eyes with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Seventy perimenopausal female patients(140 eyes)of liver-stagnation and heat-type dry eyes were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment plan of the control group(35 cases)is:Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,4times/day;the treatment plan of the treatment group(35 cases)is:on the basis of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops to give oral treatment of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,once a day,twice a day,40 minutes warm in the morning and evening after meals in the morning and evening,combined DC electric ions penetrating therapy into the Xiangdan injection treatment,once a day.Tear meniscus height(TMH),Break up time(BUT),Schirmer I test(SIT),Fluorescent(FL),Chinese medicine syndrome score and Systemic symptom score(KI score)were detected and compered before and after treatment for30 days.To evaluate whether the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant.Results: 1.General information:Patients in the control and treatment groups were tested for age,course of disease,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and was comparable.2.TMH:Compared with before treatment,TMH in both groups were significantly higher than before(p<0.05),and TMH in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.BUT:Compared with before treatment,BUT in both groups were significantly longer than before(p<0.05),and BUT in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group(p<0.05).4.SIT:Compared with before treatment,SIT in both groups were significantly better than before(p<0.05),and SIT in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(p<0.05).5.FL:Compared with before treatment,FL in both groups were significantly lower than before(p<0.05),and SIT in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).6.Chinese medicine syndrome score:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were significantly lower than before(p<0.05),and the Chinese medicine syndrome score of the treatment group decreased more significantly(p<0.05).7.Systemic symptom score(KI score):Both groups of patients had a decrease in the score of systemic symptoms after treatment(P<0.05),and the overall symptom score of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).8.Total effective rate:the total efficiency after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 93.93% and 72.73% respectively.In contrast,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05).9.Safety: After treatment,the body temperature,breathe,heart rate,blood pressure and electrocardiogram of the two groups were all within the normal range without obvious side effect.Conclusion:1.Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined DC electric ions penetrating therapy is more effective than conventional treatment in the treatment of perimenopausal liver-stagnation and heat-type dry eyes.2.The treatment of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined DC electric ions penetrating therapy can significantly increase the amount of tear secretion,prolong the tear film rupture time,improve the stability of the tear film,and effectively relieve the local discomfort around the eyes,it can also effectively improve the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome in patients. |
