The Clinical Study Of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder In Treating Stagnation Of Liver Qi In Patients With Depression(Vascular Depression)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of danzhi xiaoyao powder on stagnation of liver and qi in patients with depression(vascular depression).Method: According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of cases,88 patients who met the criteria were selected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,In the treatment group,44 patients were treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao San and esazolam tablets on the basis of the treatment of underlying diseases,In the control group,44 patients were treated with fluoxetine capsules and esazolam tablets on the basis of underlying diseases.The duration of medication was 6 weeks in both groups.The TCM syndrome scale,HAMD scale and HAMA scale were evaluated before treatment,1 week,3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment,respectively,and the statistical analysis was conducted,so as to explore the clinical effect of danzhi xiaoyao powder on depression(vascular depression).Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in basic conditions before treatment,which was comparable.2.The HAMD scale score of patients in the two groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),The effective rate was 88.64% in the treatment group and 84.09% in the control group,There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome scale in the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),The effective rate in the treatment group was 75.00%,and that in the control group was 63.64%,There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The HAMA scale scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),The effective rate was 34.09% in the treatment group and 36.36% in the control group,There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.1 week after treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in each scale,the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the 3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).4.During the treatment,8 patients in the treatment group had adverse reactions,and 21 patients in the control group had adverse reactions.The adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was statistical differences between the two groups.Conclusion: 1.The clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in treating stagnation of liver and qi in patients with depression(vascular depression)is consistent with fluoxetine capsule.2.The effective of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder was faster than fluoxetine capsule in the treatment of stagnation of liver and qi in patients with depression(vascular depression).3.When treating of stagnation of liver and qi in patients with depression(vascular depression),the adverse reaction of danzhi xiaoyao powder was less than that of fluoxetine.
