Clinical Efficacy Of Moxibustion With Salt In Bamboo Circle For Treatment Of Bradyarrhythmia Of Heart Yang Deficiency

Objective:To assess the advantage in clinical efficacy of moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle, and compare the improvement degree of relevant indicators before and after the treatments of bradyarrhythmia patients of heart yang deficiency type by moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle and Xinbao Pill,One hand,To verify the clinical efficacy of moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle in cardiovascular disease, To expand the therapeutic range of moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle, on the other hand to explore a new treatment bradyarrhythmias of TCM therapy, to control the condition of bradyarrhythmia patients.Methods:With random contrast,60bradyarrhythmia patients of heart yang deficiency type that met the inclusion criteria will be divided into two groups:30cases of moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle group (treatment group) and30cases of Xinbao Pill group (control group). Then the symptoms integral (dizziness, chest tightness, malaise, etc.) of the two groups of the patients, as well as signs integral (heart rate, electrocardiographic ST-T changed, tongue and pulse condition, etc.), the total integral and Holter indicators of24hours dynamic electrocardiogram, were quantified by marks before and after a period of treatment. To assess clinical effect, results are analyzed by SPSS.Result:After treated, the symptom integral, sign integral, total integral and Holter indicators of24hours dynamic electrocardiogram of the two groups have prominence (P<0.01). For the treatment group, all the clinical indexes had significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05). The rate of recovery and obvious effect of treatment group (83.3%) was higher than that of control group (60.0%), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Moxibustion with salt in bamboo circle is an obviously effective method on the treatment of bradyarrhythmia, its effect is better than that of Xinbao Pill.
