Objective: In this study,xinbao pill was used as the control drug to observe the clinical effect of qihongerxianfang on slow arrhythmia of heart and kidney Yang deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Choose from June 2018 to December 2019 in xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine heart medicine diagnosis of tardy arrhythmia,TCM syndrome differentiation of heart qi deficiency of kidney Yang deficiency,blood stasis and 48 cases in hospitalized patients,according to the random envelope is divided into stilbene in red Xian Fang group(experimental group)and heart treasure bolus group(control group),two groups of 24 cases,patients taking stilbene in red Xian Fang 12 weeks of treatment,the control group take heart treasure bolus after 12 weeks of treatment,two groups continue to follow-up of 12 weeks after treatment,The changes of arrhythmia before and after treatment as well as the total heart count,minimum heart rate,maximum heart rate,average heart rate and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were observed,and the efficacy of TCM syndrome score and the efficacy of the minimum heart rate or average heart rate of the 24-hour ecg after treatment were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were both lower than before treatment,and were compared within the two groups respectively,with statistically significant difference before and after treatment(all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment was 80.00% in the experimental group and 65.00% in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,there were statistically significant differences in the mean heart rate,maximum heart rate and minimum heart rate of the experimental group before and after treatment(all P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences in the total heart beat array(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total number of beats,average heart rate and minimum heart rate in the control group(all P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences in the maximum heart rate group(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups(all P > 0.05).In terms of the effective rate of heart rate increase in 24-hour DCG,the experimental group was 70.00% and the control group was 75.00%,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,no adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups,and there was no statistically significant difference in safety indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qihongerxianfang can improve the clinical discomfort symptoms of patients with slow arrhythmia of heart and kidney Yang deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis,increase the maximum heart rate,average heart rate and minimum heart rate of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram,and has the same clinical effect as xinbao pill in reducing clinical symptoms and improving heart rate.
