Clinical Study On Wound Healing After Treatment Of High Perianal Abscess With Yinqi Mixture

Objective: To observe and discuss the clinical effect of Yinqi mixture on postoperative wound of patients with high perianal abscess.Methods: Ninety-two patients who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 and met the included criteria were collected,numbered,and divided into the treatment group(46 cases)and the control group(46 cases)with equal number of cases by using the random number table method in statistics.Both of the two groups were treated with one-time radical resection of high perianal abscess.The treatment group began to take Yinqi mixture orally on the 3rd day after surgery,and the control group began to take vitamin C tablets orally on the 3rd day after surgery,and both groups took it continuously for 14 days.Compare two groups of patients with postoperative wound pain degree of different observation point,wound granulation tissue growth situation,the secretions,the number of macrophages of the wound,the initial area and 30 days after the area reduction rate of the wound,wound healing time,degree of curative effect,the scar tissue of the wound,and record the patients in the observation during the presence of adverse events.Results: There was no statistical significance in age,gender difference,length of hospital stay and initial wound area between the two groups,which could be compared clinically.(1)There was no statistical significance in the score comparison of wound pain degree between the two groups before and the third day after medication(P > 0.05);On day7,14 and 21 after taking the medicine,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the wound pain.(2)There was no statistical significance in the score comparison of the growth of granulation tissue on the wound between the two groups before and the third day after medication(P > 0.05).On the 7th,14 th and 21 st day after taking the medicine,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group in promoting the growth of the patients’ wound granulation tissue was higher than that of the control group.(3)There was no statistical significance in the score of wound secretion between the two groups before and on the third day after medication(P > 0.05).On the 7th,14 th and21st day after taking the medicine,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05).The curative effect of reducing patients’ wound secretion in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.(4)The comparison of the number of wound macrophages on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after medication between the two groups showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).The effect of increasing the number of wound macrophages in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.(5)As for the comparison of the wound area 30 days after surgery,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the intra-group comparison with the initial wound area was also statistically significant(P < 0.05).The comparison of the reduction rate of the wound area 30 days after the operation showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was higher than the control group in promoting the recovery of the wound area and reducing the wound area.(6)Regarding the comparison of wound healing time,the treatment group was significantly smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the treatment group was more effective in promoting wound recovery and shortening wound healing time than the control group.(7)There was no statistical significance in the wound efficacy comparison between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no difference in the wound efficacy between the treatment group and the control group.(8)The score comparison of the degree of wound scar repair between the two groups showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).The curative effect of scar repair in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Yinqi mixture has obvious curative effect in alleviating patients’ wound pain,promoting the growth of granulation tissue,reducing the secretion on the wound,increasing the number of macrophages,reducing the wound area,shortening the healing time and repairing scars,which can reduce patients’ physical and mental pain and reduce economic expenses.
