The Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Jiawei Dange Zhitong Decoction On Treatment Of Angnia Pectoris After PCI

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the Jiawei Dange Zhitong Decoction of Supplementing Qi and activating blood on the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods: Sixty-seven qi deficiency and blood stasis type of PCI postoperative patients with angina pectoris coronary heart disease in the department of cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group of 34 cases,control group 33 cases.The observation group in the conventional treatment of Western Medicine Group on clinical treatment with Jiawei Dange Zhitong Decoction directly;the control group conventional western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,followed up for 3 months.The main attack frequency and duration,the Seattle angina questionnaire score,TCM symptoms,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,blood lipid and other evaluation criteria to the pain of Fang Ge clinical evaluation is from angina.Results: Before treatment,the difference between the two groups in age,gender,disease duration,BMI,past history,history of allergy,respiratory,pulse,blood pressure,angina attack frequency and duration,the Seattle angina questionnaire,symptom score and blood lipid indexes between the twogroups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),with comparable of.After 4weeks of treatment,the observation group of PCI patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis of chest pain,chest tightness,heart palpitations,shortness of breath,lassitude and other symptoms improved more significantly;The TCM symptom score and Seattle angina scale score,better than the observation group in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the number and duration of angina attacks and the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal were improved in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower,and HDL-C was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the observation group TG and the control group(P >0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Dange Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine has good curative effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease after PCI Qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with angina pectoris,can significantly improve the TCM symptoms,reduce angina symptoms,improve blood lipid index,and high safety,can be widely used in clinical application.
