Objective:This study uses retrospective analysis to analyze the general conditions and disease characteristics of patients with unstable angina pectoris,explores the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(insufficient heart-qi syndrome),summarizes the characteristics of the symptoms,and summarizes clinical experience.Methods:The review part adopts the literature research method,combing and summarizing the literature related to this research,and the clinical research part adopts retrospective analysis.Search for eligible cases in the inpatient electronic medical record system of the Second Department of Cardiology.The retrieved cases are screened according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 235 cases,and the included case data are classified,extracted,summarized and sorted into excel form Use spss26.0 software to statistically describe the collected data,analyze the results,and draw conclusions.Results:This study was included in the Second Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019.The diagnosis of Western medicine was unstable angina,and the diagnosis of TCM was chest pain and heart-qi.There were 235 eligible patients who were treated with Yangxin Zhitong Decoction with insufficient syndrome.1.Gender:60 males(25.53%)and 175 females(74.47%)were included in this study,and the ratio of male to female was 1:2.92;2.Age:The average age of the patients included in this study was 68.87±9.43 years old,the oldest age was 88 years old,and the youngest age was 40 years old.Among them,4 patients were 40-50 years old(1.70%),and 49 patients were 51-60 years old(20.86%),78 cases(33.19%)aged 61-70,79 cases(33.61%)aged 71-80,25 cases(10.64%)aged 81-90;3.Course of disease:The average course of disease of the patients included in this study was 8.13 years,and most of the patients had a course of 10 years or more.Among them,49 cases(28.05%)had the disease duration≤1 year,and the disease duration was 2-5 years 55 Cases(23.41%),41 cases(17.45%)with a length of 6-9 years,90 cases(38.29%)had the disease duration ≥10 years;4.Precipitating factors:Among the patients included in this study,151 cases(64.24%)with no obvious predisposing cause accounted for the largest proportion;followed by 30 cases(12.76%)with exogenous wind and cold,27 cases(11.48%)with emotional stimulation,and overwork 18 cases(7.69%),9 cases(3.83%)of eating disorders;5.Season of onset:Among the patients included in this study,82 cases(34.89%)in summer were the most common,followed by 55 cases in autumn(23.41%),51 cases in spring(21.70%),and 47 cases in winter(20.00%);6.Comorbidities:Among the patients included in this study,131 cases(55.74%)with single disease were combined with hypertension,followed by 107 cases(45.53%)with dyslipidemia,98 cases(41.70%)with lacunar infarction,and 56 cases with diabetes Cases(28.83%),37 cases(15.74%)of chronic gastritis,33 cases(14.04%)of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,29 cases(12.34%)of cholecystitis,and 42 cases(17.87%)of others disease;7.Efficacy of angina pectoris:The average score for angina pectoris of the patients included in this study was 16.45±7.07 before treatment,and 6.44±4.59 after treatment.After treatment,the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients were significantly improved,with a total effective rate of 88.09%;8.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:The average total score of TCM syndromes of patients included in this study was 17.83±1.99 before treatment,and 9.84±1.43 after treatment.After treatment,the patients had chest tightness,chest pain and palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,spontaneous sweating,and dizziness.The combined syndromes such as poor sleep and sleepiness at night have been significantly improved,with a total effective rate of 87.23%;9.ECG curative effect:After the patients were included in the study,the ECG curative effect did not change significantly.Among them,15 cases were markedly effective(6.38%),28 cases were effective(11.92%),192 cases were ineffective(81.70%),and 0 cases were worsened(0%);10.Quality of life score:After the patients were included in this study,the scores of the Seattle Scale PL,AS,AF,TS,and DP increased.Compared with the SAQ scores of patients before treatment,the scores were significantly better than those before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In this group of study cases,the patients are mostly middle-aged and elderly people,with more women than men,and the course of the disease is mostly concentrated at 10 years or more;2.Among the study cases in this group,the onset season is most common in summer,and the predisposing factors are mostly no obvious inducement,and they are prone to hypertension,dyslipidemia,lacunar infarction,diabetes and other diseases;3.Yangxin Zhitong Decoction can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,TCM syndromes and quality of life in patients with unstable angina pectoris(insufficient heart-qi syndrome).
