Clinical Observation Of Anshen Liqi Zhitong Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:Compare with the evaluate of therapeutic efficacy between Anshen Liqi Zhitong acupuncture and regular acupuncture on the Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,To observe the clinical effect of Anshen Liqi Zhitong acupuncture in treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.Methods:In this study,60 cases were devided into treatment group and control group by the random number table.The treatment group of 30 cases were treated by Anshen Liqi Zhitong acupuncture therapy;The control group of 30 cases were treatment by regular acupuncture therapy.The acupoints of treatment group were mainly in Jiaji(EX-B2)ofC5-T1,Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),Dazhui(GV14),Fengchi(GB20),Quchi(LI11),Hegu(LI4),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT07)and Ashi.The acupoints of the control group were mainly in Fengchi(GB20),Jiaji(EX-B2),Tianzhu(BL10),Jianjing(GB21),Houxi(SI03),Hegu(LI4),Waiguan(SJ05).Every patient of the two groups acupuncture once a day,each time retaining needle for fifty minutes.One weeks as one course and continual four courses.Pain VAS score,quantitative clinical symptoms and signs of scoring and F-wave occurrence rate were detected to assess the disease before and after treatment.Observe the clinical effect of Anshen Liqi Zhitong acupuncture in treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.Results:1.After treatment,pain score of VAS of two groups have decreased significantly(P<0.05),compared with those before treatment.The treatment group is better than the control group.2.After treatment,quantitative clinical symptoms and signs of scoring of two groups have increased significantly(P<0.05),compared with those before treatment.The improvement of the treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group.3.After treatment,F-wave occurrence rate of nerve have increased significantly(P<0.05),compared with those before treatment.The improvement of the treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Studies have shown that both groups of methods can relieve pain symptoms,The Anshen Liqi Zhitong acupuncture group is better than the regular acupuncture group.2.Studies have shown that both groups of methods can improve quantitative clinical symptoms and signs,The Anshen Liqi Zhitong acupuncture group is better than the regular acupuncture group.3.Studies have shown that both groups of methods can promote patients with F-wave occurrence rate,repair damaged nerve.The Anshen Liqi Zhitong acupuncture group is better than the regular acupuncture group.
