Clinical Observation Of Shusanxiaoe Decoction In Treatment Of Wind-heat Affecting Lung Pediatric Acute Tonsillitis

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Shusan Xiaoe Decoction in the treatment of infantile acute tonsillitisand caused by Wind-heat affecting Lung,and explore its clinical application value.Methods : Collected children with acute tonsillitisand who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020.The 72 cases of acute tonsillitisand children with wind-heat and lung-type acute tonsillitisand with complete data and eligible conditions were collected at a ratio of 1:1 The proportion was randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each with 36 cases.The control group was treated with Podilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid,and the treatment group was treated with Shusanxiaow Decoction for5 days.Observe the sore throat and tonsil enlargement in each group,fever and other accompanying symptoms and other indicators,statistical analysis was performed to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:(1)Total effective rate: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is91.7%,which is higher than 80.6% of the control group.Compared with the total curative effect,the total curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of Shusan Xiaoe Decoction is better than that of Podilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid.(2)The total score of symptoms and signs: the total score of the two groups were reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Single points of symptoms and signs: Comparison between the two groups: the scores of sore throat,tonsil enlargement,fever,pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia,dry throat,irritability and submandibular lymphadenopathy were all reduced after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups can improve the above symptoms and signs;in terms of nasal congestion,runny nose and cough and expectoration,the symptoms of the control group did not improve significantly after treatment(P>0.05),and the symptoms and signs of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),the control group could not significantly improve the above two symptoms.In comparison between the groups,in addition to the symptom of irritability,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving sore throat,tonsil enlargement,fever,pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia,dry throat,nasal congestion and runny nose,cough and expectoration,and submandibular lymphadenopathy.Major symptoms and signs(P<0.05),the treatment group cannot be considered to be better than the control group in terms of improvement of the symptoms of irritability(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Shusanxiaoe Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of infantile acute tonsillitisand wind-heat invading the lung,better than that of the Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid group.(2)In terms of sore throat,swollen tonsils,fever,pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia,nasal congestion,runny nose,cough and expectoration,dry throat and swollen submandibular lymph nodes,the efficacy of Shusanxiaoe Decoction is better than that of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.Can be promoted and applied.
