Clinical Observation Of Qinhua Jiedu Decoction Combined With Antibiotics In The Treatment Of Pediatric Acute Tonsillitis (Lung-stomach Heat Pattern)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qin Hua Jiedu decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of infantile acute moth(lung-stomach heat pattern),so as to lay a foundation for its clinical application.Methods: A total of 60 clinical cases were collected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random control.30 cases in the treatment group and the control group.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was given the Qin Hua Jiedu decoction.The control group was given Qingyan Lige Decoction and 5 days for 1 courses.The clinical symptoms of two groups including sore throat,tonsillar enlargement and congestion,tonsil suppurative and fever were observed in two groups.The data were analyzed by statistical software spss23.0.Results:1.the total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Outcome of treatment for major symptoms: after treatment,there were significant differences in the main symptoms(sore throat,tonsillar enlargement,congestion and tonsil suppurative)between the two groups(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Outcome of treatment for secondary symptoms: after treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of secondary symptoms between the two groups.There was no statistical significance(P >0.05),and there was a significant difference in the time of antipyretic time between the two groups(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Qinhua Jiedu Decoction combined with antibiotics is effective in treating infantile acute moth(lung-stomach heat pattern),with a total effective rate of 96.67%,which is better than that of the control group.2.Qinhua Jiedu Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of infantile acute moth(lung-stomach heat pattern)is better than the control group in relieving sore throat,reducing fever time,improving tonsillar enlargement,congestion and subsiding tonsil suppurative time.
